We have ordered from here on two separate occasions and each time has been great! Everything was made correctly as ordered and at the time promised. This most recent time, I tried the "Club" but as a bowl (aka salad) and it was FANTASTIC!!!! It was filling and satisfying. The ingredients were well balanced and fresh. Well done! Inside is typical, small space intended for pick up. Always, neat and organized. Never had an issue with finding our order at the pickup counter. Staff is always busy. I look forward to coming back and redeeming my points for a free sandwich (or Bowl). read more

This is my third time going to the store and on every occasion my order has been wrong . This time i ordered a small 44 and got this not sure what it is but it's not buffalo. My husbands and son were fine but mine wrong. Worse part, they were not even busy and i specially asked for no blue cheese and add ranch. I thought it was the same as my sons when i opened it, but he said it was not and no ranch on any sandwich.Disappointed again. read more

This Jersey Mike's has incredibly bad reviews but we went anyway. Ordered 2 big kahuna sandwich and neither one had mushrooms and I asked for extra raw onions on one sandwich and received none. Not enough grilled peppers and onions, just mostly meat. I should've just ordered the regular Philly. The sandwich was okay, not as good as subway steak and cheese. Big mistake coming here, for almost $17 of a sandwich, get it right at least. One good thing is, it's clean. Won't be back. read more

The wife and I stopped into this location for the first time today, my wife was starving and wanted the normal "Sub in a tub" salad that she normally gets and the salad that was made by the kid that didn't greet her or apparently didn't know what he was doing was a hot mess! When she got to the register, the person apologized and told her that the salad was not made right. OK, Make It Right!!!!! Come on Jersy Mike's. My wife called and spoke to the manager, but he was of little help. He said, "Oh, he's in training". OK, TRAIN HIM RIGHT PLEASE!!!! I am sad that the Subway closed nearby which we always used to go to. Will not be going here again. read more

Seen the adds, finally tried one out. Fresh bread, lettuce and tomato with generous portions of meat. Subs made to order. Sure beats a heavily advertised competitor who spend more on bread and cook their meatballs days ahead of when they serve them to you. read more

We went today for the first time. We drove up to the drive through but, thankfully, couldn't reach the "doorbell" so went inside. The kid making the sandwich was very nice and polite. He needed a bit of oversight but the sandwich was good. I'm sure we'll go back and will always go inside to order and watch the assembly. ;-) read more

The food is consistently fresh. I visited this location twice in the past week. 2 workers with a line out the door. They were calm and working hard, but the owner needs to realize that they are consistently understaffed. They are lucky the workers don't walk out. I did see at least 3 people in line leave. Also noticed other reviews online that started the same working conditions. The owner needs to show more respect to the workers who can't even get a break to answer the phone or wipe tables. read more

The store was fast running and clean. The gentleman made my sub amazingly and was very sanitary.

Heard a lot of great things about this place. The only positive I can share is that it was very clean. Ordering was easy but they were too busy chatting to get it right. Took ages although there was only one other person waiting at a table for their order. My order was simple- no additions or subtractions and it was easily the worst steak and cheese I have ever had. The steak was cooked to a crisp, very little cheese, and the onions and peppers were barely sauteed. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to the Firehouse Sub shop right there- small but mighty and also polite. No kudos for this place- should have known when it was almost empty a 5 on a Saturday. read more

Today I had a mini cold sub with roast beef, provolone, lettuce, tomato and mayo. To say the meat was dry would be an understatement. Then there was the mayo - yuck, Definitely not Hellmans. More like Miracle Whip which is just terrible. Ordering this sub was a mistake that will not be repeated. read more

Wife and I went in at 430PM on 7/13/23. No one sitting in the restaurant and no line. Great right, wrong. Stood at the counter and was ignored. I counted 5 employees who made eye contact but they just ignored us and went about their business. I Looked at my phone again and it was 435PM. We decided to leave. As i pushed on the door, an older woman yelled out "can i help you?" REALLY, you have to walk out the door before they acknowledge you. We went to Subway and as soon as we wailed in, we heard "welcome to Subway" and our order was taken immediately. Now i know why Jersey Mike's was empty. Terrible service. Between the 5 employees that made eye contact, one of them had to have been in charge. It boils down poor training and a bad attitude. So long , i won't be back. read more

I was so excited to hear a Jersey Mike's was coming to Brunswick and Topsham. I love subs and we are in need of a good spot for them. I have moved on from Brunswick after they went severely downhill after a couple months of opening. I then tried Topsham in hopes of better results and WOW they were worse somehow. I have tried 4 times in Topsham, 3 app orders and 1 in person. The in person was right after they opened for the day and went well. I was able to oversee the order was correct. The other 3 times ordering via the app, the orders were wrong and 2/3 of the time not ready on time (Topsham has never been busy when I am there). The app asks for sub customization and names as if those things will be looked at and they clearly are not. Omitting things like cheese or onion or oil go without notice and are constantly added to the subs. When told pickup time is a certain time and you arrive at that time or a few minutes late, and the subs are not even started and there is not a long line or a lot of orders on the board is annoying. One visit (not counted in the above count), ended with me waiting 15 minutes PAST pickup time only to be told "it's being worked on" while physically looking at the 3 employees (one making an in person customer's order, one standing waiting to wrap said customer's order and the 3rd standing waiting to cash out said customer)...so who is "working on my order"???? I finally said "it clearly isn't being made so just refund my card and I will leave". After a few minutes of confusion and a phone call to someone who knew how, I was able to get the refund. I should have stopped then but gave one more chance and no names or numbers on the bags to denote what was what (a small thing but clearly shows staff does not care) and another wrong order and I am now done with both locations. read more

My boyfriend and I love Jersey mikes! We called this location and the girl who answered was laughing hysterically into the phone, finally we get to the ordering part - she hangs up. We call back. More laughing. We place the order, she's laughing through the whole thing, and before we can ask how long it's gonna be she hangs up. Again. Smh, won't be coming back. read more

I like the subs, but the service is horrible. I waited in line for a long time with very slow service. so next time I tried the app and ordered ahead of time. I showed up 5 minutes after the quoted time and then waited and additional 40mins!!!!! for my sandwich. I had already pains on the app so I had no choice to leave without losing my money. read more
