My favorite (chain) sandwich place of all time! I love me some jersey mikes! This location is close to home and it's genuinely one of the best Jersey Mike's I've been to. Everyone is always super nice, it's clean inside, and the food is always good. Sometimes online orders can take a little while depending on the time or how busy they are but I don't mind the wait since the food and service is consistently amazing. Sandwiches were good but they forgot my Pepsi. Other than that it was a pretty good experience.

I did not take JM offer to give them all my info over the possible skimming of my CC as it wasn't worth it to me as I didn't lose any money. Fast forward to this weekend when my bank sent me a notification that my old card was tried to be used to place an $880 online order for JM. Here on vacation. Waited around 25 minutes for the worst sub i've ever had. Not recommended at all.

Still a cut above Subway (a very low bar), but not as good as local sub and pizza shops. They used to make their roast beef in each store, but I'm finding this to be less the case. They used to give generous portions, but they're increasingly skimping. As compared to Brother's Pizza in Dedham, the amount of roast beef is less and price is more per inch. read more

I stopped by Jersey Mike's at Tanger Outlets very recently. They seem to be expanding quickly throughout the Northeast with future locations in Londonderry and Manchester opening very soon. I believe the first Jersey Mike's in NH opened in Keene and then in Hudson. Jersey Mike's Subs tend to be on the pricier side compared to other sub shops. With my friends, it's a love it or hate it relationship with the subs here. My sister loves Jersey Mike's Subs and enjoys it in Hawaii. I am not a big fan of their cold subs, but I really enjoy their hot subs, which are grilled and made to order. I placed my order for a giant Chipotle Cheesesteak Sub ($14.95 plus tax) with the rosemary parmesan bread and paid in advance on the Jersey Mike's app when it was double shore points day, got 12x2 points (24 points). My bagged order was on the metal shelf ready to go when I arrived 15 minutes later, quick and easy. They also do DoorDash food delivery too. The Chipotle Cheesesteak Sub is really good which has grilled shaved steak, melted cheese, onions, peppers, chipotle sauce on a thick sub roll, the rosemary parmesan bread goes very well with this choice. Since I ordered a Giant sub, I ate one half and saved the other half for later. read more

After my sorry steak and cheese experience, Jersey Mike's responded to my review to let me know they were sorry about my experience and had spoken with the management. They also offered me a complimentary giant sub combo. We went tonight to take them up on the offer. I got an Italian sandwich with everything on it. It was delicious! Kinda disappointed with how the team was handling today's lunch crowd. Most people get a half hour for lunch and pretty much everyone stood there for that amount of time and then started leaving. It shouldn't take that long to get a grinder especially when there were 6 staff members standing there. The tables were dirty and the staff were unfriendly. Overall the food was good but just couldn't call it fast food and quick service today. Won't be using this location again. read more

Absolutely love Jersey Mike's, but this one sucks I don't even live around here. It was my first time coming into this Jersey Mike's but I was all around, not impressed. Very slow at making sandwiches. Very rude workers seemed like they hated themselves and their lives at Jersey Mike. I got a steak and cheese. I opened it as soon as I got out to my car and it was cold and my bread was stale. I am not impressed. I went and complained, and the woman that cooked my food was over there gossiping about me in front on everyone which I thought was not appropriate. And Mike I do not want a free sandwich. Thank you. Now I'm not normally one who goes to fast food places since I've been trying to eat much cleaner recently, but wanted to give Jersey Mikes a try since I've heard rave reviews and needed a quick bite. Walked in and ordered 10 minutes before close (which is not something I normally do but I hadn't eaten much that day and needed something quick), they were still very professional, very polite and friendly, and very efficient and quick. Probably some of the best customer service I've seen in a while and the sub was fantastic of course, although they were running low on certain items, but that's understandable. I ordered 5 subs online, granted is a lot, at 5:11PM. The confirmation email said my order would be ready at 6:03. I got to Jersey Mikes around 5:45ish. They were swamped and there was only three of them: a younger man grilling the hot sandwiches, a younger girl cutting me and an older woman putting veggies on the sandwiches I didnt say anything, sat down, and waited for 6PM. After the 7th person walked in, ordered, and received their sub, I got up and stood by the order pick up. The older woman asked me what order I was waiting for, which I pointed to the receipt that was taped to a bag, sitting on the counter that remained untouched since I walked in. She continued making subs for the people that walked in. She cashed another 4 people out and asked me again, "what order are you waiting for?" I pointed again. She then went to the younger woman cutting the meat and whispered something, to which the girl responded nervously "oh, I didn't know." She was clearly upset. My subs were finally being started (mind you this is 6:20-6:25) The younger man walked over to me and saw me waiting and asked "are you still waiting for your order?" I responded with a yes. Hw then walked over to the older lady who was working on veggies to ask about progress and she snapped on him "IM WORKING ON IT AND SHE WAS HERE BEFORE IT WAS EVEN SUPPOSED TO BE READY." The guy looked at me, whispered he was sorry, and then tried to help the woman finish the sandwiches. I left at 6:35. They're short staffed, I get it. We all are. There is NO excuse for how this woman talked to her coworkers (I honestly hope she isn't a manager). Shout out to the younger guy, he kept that place going tonight! read more
