I'm a 65 year old retiree who up until last week had never been to a Jersey Mike's (JM) location before. Yep, believe it or not, this was a true fact as of a week ago today. However, I have now been to 3 different JM stores and each was a similar, consistent experience which was/is a really GOOD thing! I am so impressed with first the coordinated organization and then with the food. I got a '#2 Regular, on White, 'Mike's Way - no onions', plus chips and a fountain drink. I don't typically take the time to do this but I've been SO impressed with all 3 visits to 3 separate locations, I just HAD to make folks aware of how good of an experience I've enjoyed at 'Jersey Mike's' as they're clearly 'a cut above' in my book. read more

A very solid place to get subs. You can get 10% off your first visit with a coupon on Yelp. They also have an app where you can get discounts and earn free food. Free food is always good! : ) I always get the same thing, the original steak and cheese. It's probably my favorite steak and cheese among the fast food type sandwich shops. There isn't a lot of seating, but I've always been able to find a spot when I wanted to eat in. The also have a great selection of cold meat sandwiches: fresh and better than your typical Subway. I am a big eater, but the large sub is too big for me to finish on one sitting. Jersey Mike's is worth a stop. read more

This fast casual restaurant is like so many others of its kind. An assembly line create a your preferred sandwich. It is an easy place for lunch, the right size to fit in any location. The food is okay, I had an Italian sub with banana peppers and chips for lunch. The food was waiting when I arrived (pick up order placed online). The place was packed for a Tuesday lunch hour. This location is in the heart of Brunswick where so many folks have easy access to lots of restaurants. Do not visit the Jersey Mikes in Strongsville, Ohio (13309 Pearl Road), when you place an order on the app for pick up, more times than not your order will get stolen by someone else. We have ordered from them and had this happen at least 3 times in less than a year. We get there to pick it up and they tell us it already was picked up, don't they check when someone grabs a bag? How does this keep happening and I'm sure we are not the only ones it happens to. What's the point in ordering for pickup when you have to wait for them to remake everything and then they get the order wrong anyway. I'm not sure if this is a problem at just this store but be aware. read more

Impressed. For value and taste, it's a winner. Granted, this was our first experience but there are a number of sub shops around here with more to come reportedly. Appreciate that they slice meat to order so it's not laying around drying out or worse. Cheesesteak was tender and just the right amount of cheese (sorry, I am not a cheez whiz fan so I don't want it squirting everywhere), Chipotle mayo could have been much more hellacious (but I have plenty of hot sauce on the table at home). There were only 2 employees working. The employees were too involved in taking care of online orders. I waited around 10 minutes to get waited on. When it was my turn to order, I was told that I would have to wait for my sandwiches because the bacon would take another 10 to 15 minutes to cook. I decided not to order anything and walked out. I'm so disappointed in Jersey Mike's. They put always put online and/catering orders first and are horribly short staffed. This also goes for the Middleburg Hts location. read more

I would like to say this place is amazing they are so nice and so caring with the food. The owner he seems so nice and is always there which is amazing because some owners don't do that with their shops so it's nice to have that feeling of home like a family. The Tuna whoever makes it is amazing and my family loves it. I appreciate how they came here to strongsville, because it's so closer and saves gas money. Yes they recently just opened but the food is good quality and taste amazing, they take care of the food and is always hot and always ready. A good side is that they take gluten free allergies seriously which is a plus due to having family members and friends who can't eat gluten so I am happy they have the option. Everyone is so friendly and so talkative which feels amazing so I recommend coming here and eating, because you guys won't regret anything. I got my usual #17 Mike's Famous Philly which is normally perfect however my wife picked up the order from the Strongsville location. I normally go to the Brunswick locarion due to a few bad experiences with Strongsville. She pucked our order around 4:10 this afternoon and immediately came home. I first noticed my Philly was not hot and barely warm as if it had been made 30 minutes ago. Nobody else got hot subs and my wife was actually there and watched them make the 3 other cold subs. They handed her the bag and she was surprised to see 4 subs in the bag, being she had arrived early and never saw anyone making a hot sub. So not only was it barely warm, it had zero flavor. I'm talking none. I dont have covid and this sub was sub-par. No flavor, barely any onions, or peppers and the cheese was just laid over the top barely melted. I've had other #17's from other locations and the meat, onions, peppers and 'melted' cheese was always mixed together in a gooey delight of flavor. This was nowhere near what I am used to. Thanks Strongsville for once again realize why I frequent the Brunswick location. A total F grade. read more
