Do not go to this Taco Bell. My husband went in to the building and ordered. You have to order using a kiosk, so we had a fabulous copy of all he had ordered. We got home and the bag was full of nothing but regular tacos. So I called and was told there was a mix up in the bags, so the tacos should be kept, but if we came back they would remake the order. My husband returned and was greeted with attitudes, so he informed them we had called, then the team was demanding the tacos back with accusations of " how do we really know you got the wrong food"? Nevertheless, they remade all the food but it was rolled in such a way that you could not tell what the different burritos were. We will never go to this Taco Bell again as this is the second time we've had issued. The first time, I just thought the drive- thru was the problem. This time they physically had gone in to the restaurant. If you're smart you'll stay away, a lady in the building when we went back the second time said what we were thinking..... I was in the drive thru waiting 15 minutes to place an order. When i got to the little black box to place my order; I was interrupted and told "It's gonna be a while" I asked how long? He said, "A while! I said well I can't go anywhere, because there is no way out of this drive thru line. His reply:" Well, when you saw the line, you should have gone somewhere else!" I did not get to order and food ; sat in my car for a total 25 minutes on my 30 min lunch break. Service was non existent for the 3 cars ahead of me and I just pulled out with nothing. I do not eat fast food however at the gym, they told me about this bow that I can get that is a great option for protein. I've tried it in another location absolutely disgusting the first time I've ever tried it and the third time that I tried it. This location is always fresh. I never have any issues at all. The wait time is always long no matter what time you go. Usually only the drive thru is available but it takes so long and once you're in the line you're stuck. Would definitely drive out of my way to go to a different one because I would still get my food faster. read more

Go to another TB location! The two stars are simply for the convenience of location just off a main road. Food quality was bad. Ordered a bean burrito and felt like a tablespoon of beans and no sauce. Most of this was a dried up tortilla. The black bean cheese burrito was also lacking in beans or much else. They totally skimped on the ingredients at this location. We ordered at the kiosk and waited until an older woman asked what we wanted. We noted we already ordered on the kiosk because there was no one at the counter. They didn't seem too busy with no one in the place and a few cars in drive through on a Thursday evening. Overall, they need serious improvement in food quality and then work on coordinating orders from the kiosk. read more

My favorite place to eat used to be Taco Bell. The Strongsville location on Pearl Rd always seem to have an issue. If it isn't their credit card machine not working, it's them not being able to do fried food. There are hardly any workers there, so the wait time is long. I was told that the people they hire don't want to come to work. (Guessing maybe they should pay more?) Anyway, my last time (and I mean last time) I went to Taco Bell was on I believe June 20, 2025. There were only two people working and no one was in line. As a matter of fact, each time I pass there now, I never see any cars in the drive thru anymore. A few hours later I got horribly sick! I had diarrhea for six hours! I couldn't get to the hospital, because I would have never made it there without having an accident. I ordered a vegetable pizza with light beans and rice and sauce, and a cheese roll up. Now, I used to eat there almost every single day because I loved it so much, but this time something happened. I'm recovering from stage 4 renal cancer, and I am still going for treatments for immunotherapy, so this hit me hard. I will never again go to a Taco Bell. read more

It's Taco Bell. What separates one from another is the human element. These folks were warm and responsive. Order took a bit cause the fries needed to be made. But I didn't mind the wait. Arrived here at 7:59 on a Sunday night. About 8 cars ahead of me in line. After about 15 minutes of the line not moving, the car in front of me gave up and drove off, allowing me to move forward. The line didn't move for another 10 minutes. I finally was able to place my order at about 8:35. It was 9:04 when I received my food. I saw two people working, and I heard a third employee who sounded like she was possibly a manager, apparently working on the grill and talking about how a customer in the restaurant left after waiting for 45 minutes. If you have a hankering for Taco Bell, you either need to find another location or reconsider. read more

This location ALWAYS sucks! It pains me that there isn't another Taco Bell close by. It is ALWAYS instant dissatisfaction. I'm tired of giving this place 52nd chances........ Tonight our food was cold, my wife's Beef burrito was somehow "meatless" and they were out the f mild sauce. To top it off, when my wife called to see what the hell happened to the vanishing meat nobody answered.... Not once but, with several attempts. This location is usually pretty good when it comes to service and food quality. When I ask for a taco without lettuce I mean NO LETTUCE. This includes the lettuce that gets cross contaminated with the cheese! The music in the dining room was blaring! I asked them to turn it down and they ignored the request. Taco Bell - just because I am coming through late night doesn't mean I don't care about my food quality. Yes, I used quality and Taco Bell food in the same sentence. After watching the commercial 300 times for that grilled stuft nacho I had to have one. (I'm not sure why I keep calling this the walking nacho - I had to google the real name). I also got a cheese quesadilla. The food was just awful. They could've just thrown the food in the bag and got the same result. The quesadilla was burnt and didn't have cheese on half of it and the walking nacho had very little meat and just gobs of nacho cheese pouring out of it. I love Taco Bell, I mean it's practically it's own food group to me! This location was pretty nice, it was very clean and all the condiments were stocked. The workers were okay, not super friendly but average. I was a little disappointed because I went during happy hour (medium drinks are $1 from 2-5) and I ordered a small drink. The small is $1.79 and if it hadn't been for my boyfriend notice that it was happy hour, I would've paid more for a smaller size. I know it's only a $.79 but the cashier should have mentioned that it was happy hour. Other than that it was a pretty typical Taco Bell visit. Very affordable for my boyfriend and I, our meals in total were under $20 and I was more than content with the amount of food we got. Hello to all, Yesterday my friend and I went to this specific Taco Bell after a very tiring evening at the mall and were absolutely exhausted and nearly starving. We went inside and there was six people in there, who may I add already ordered. We then ordered our food, which consisted of two freezes, a bean burrito, a quesadilla, and a nacho fry. The only good thing was that we got our freezes right away, but the blue raspberry freeze machine was down! The blue raspberry freezes are my favorite too! Anyways, we then sat down waiting for our order, which we ordered to go. It was 9 o'clock when we arrived and ordered around 9:05 p.m. We did not receive our very small order, now consisting of just the three small food items until around 9:30 p.m! That is a very long wait and is not acceptable! This Taco Bell should not be considered fast food, but slow food! As someone who is deeply devoted to the Taco Bell industry, I was highly disappointed by the outcome of this visit. As a teenage girl, I have curfew and considering I was 25 minutes away from home and still had to take my friend home, my parents were not happy about my 10:30 p.m arrival. Probably the worst place you can EVER eat!
