I called in a #56, it was delicious. The 56 is my favorite. It was ready when I arrived, very efficient.

I like their subs a lot, their customer service not so much. Did an online, order, ready by 12:14. I show up and the sandwich maker is chatting up somebody in a foreign language. Two other employees don't even look up to see me. It's 12:15. I figure, OK, I'll hang in my car a bit. 12:23, I walk back in. An employee asks if I'm here to pick up sandwich, I say "yes" and he goes over to the aforementioned sandwich maker who's making a sandwich, looks at the pending orders and lets me know I'm next. No greeting at the door, no acknowledgement of a JM Club member...I kind of felt like a ghost Yeah, I'll go back, but not for a while, there's a Subway right near by. read more

So let me start out by saying that Jersey Mike's has already messed up my #14 Veggie sandwich on DoorDash when I ordered it with not tomato and it came with tomato and soggy. Gave it one more shot in person and I have to say I will be going to Togos instead from now on. The service of the guy making my sandwich was slow and I asked for giant he immediately started making large so I had to correct him. That wasn't the first time either I also said mikes way no tomato's but with peppers and mayo. I see him put tomatoes right on top of the lettuce so again I had to say something. Not just that but he didn't even take the lettuce with tomatoes juice off before I said something. Finally the work station was just dirty. Disappointing for sure. read more

I love that they put a Jersey Mike's in Scotts Valley! This is my favorite chain of sandwich shops. The people behind the counter at this location are upbeat and friendly. Inside has A/C which is nice on a hot day and they have seating both inside and outside. They offer both cold and hot sandwiches. Love the subs, the workers are great but they ignore the online orders!!! The people working there are always working so hard so I don't blame them, I just think they need more workers or a better system. First time I went in I ordered online ahead of time and had to wait 45 minutes to get my order and I only got it because I kept bugging them about it. They were swamped so I get it, it's not the workers fault but man there has to be something to change. The manager was nice and gave me some free sandwhiches so I gave it another shot. Sure enough same thing happened, except I ordered in person because I thought they wouldn't ignore it but once again they were swamped and it took forever. I think the owner needs to get their act together because a lot of people are upset like me every time I go. I want to clarify at least in my few times it wasn't the people working there's fault, they could have done the online orders that was a mistake but they were nonstop working hard. Walked in hoping to purchase a couple sandwiches was not greeted.. waited and waited for approx 10 minutes..never acknowledged so I walked out and went to Subway right next-door I can't critique the food because I never had a chance to order. Love the Italian sub my way. No oil and vinegar. Mayo and spicy relish. I love how the meats are cut fresh and placed on the bread. Just like it should be. I have enjoyed the food at this location 6 times, since they opened. My occasional treat. I will admit the app has an extensive wait time, but if you walk in, talk to someone and then place the app order. It is made quickly. (Geez, imagine actually talking to people instead of getting angry that the app added an extended wait time?) I have never waited more than a few minutes and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Much better sandwich than Subway, any day. read more

What happened to Jersey Mike's in Scott's valley? We have been ordering sandwiches since they first opened up and this is the first time the sandwiches were so small and missing ingredients. I ordered the big kahuna and me wife that the portabella mushroom and Swiss. Both of these sandwiches had very little cheese and my with didn't think the mushrooms were portabella, they were so small. The big kahuna didn't have any grilled peppers, just one or two jalapenos. Even the bread seemed smaller. What happened? Did the come under new management? Now we will have to go back to Subway so we know what they put on the sandwich and how much. read more

I've been eating at Jersey Mikes in other locations around the Bay Area for years but when I heard they were coming to SV just minutes from my home I was excited. My two favorites are the big kahuna and the original #13. I like to get the #13 in a tub (sub in a tub is basically a salad - no bread). I get it Mikes Way and sometimes with extra cheese and meat. They have staffed it very well. Everyone helps each other out as many of the employees are new. All of the workers are always smiling and super nice. They have really started off making a great impression. It's also a bonus that they have seating inside. Another new spot came to the shopping center not long ago and they didn't have seating and it didn't go over well. Some people like to eat their food right away. I'll definitely be back. read more

We have been coming to this location since it opened recently, and the people are always super friendly, and the food always comes out perfectly despite our family each having our own mountain of changes we make to our sandwich orders. While there is sometimes a line at the location, they work quickly to help as many people as possible. And the online ordering is super convenient as well. Very reasonable and affordable prices as well as good quality and attention to detail in general. I was in early this evening and had a little mix up with my sandwich. ( I was yacking too much) All was taken care of immediately and the missus was happy when I got home. But as I waited for the correct topping, I watched how organize and how cutomers were well taken care of. This is the way a food business should be. And we all know that is not the case anymore. But here it was the customer service, the food and how clean the whole establishment is that will keep all of us and you returning...often. If you have yet to have a Jersey Mike's sub yet, you are missing out on some tasty subs. And once you have eaten one, you will be back...trying all of them. read more

Came here to eat 3/22/25and the gluten free bread they gave me was old and stale, my boyfriend is literally suffering from food poisoning. We ate outside because the tables were disgusting. It was dirty in the restaurant. The girl who was making the sandwiches was rude and had a horrible attitude. We should have known better . We were tired and hungry and wanted to grab a quick bite to eat and now we are literally paying for it with stomach aches and a terrible case of food poisoning. My wife and I were camping in Felton at Smithwoods RV Park and we drove into Scott's Valley for lunch. We were excited to see the sign for Jersey Mike's so we drove through the parking lot and found it. We got out and just walked in since the front door was open.. To our surprise, training was going on and they weren't open to the public but they were so friendly and offered my wife and I some sandwiches that they had just made as part of their training! We were very pleased and excited on how nice they were and the sandwiches were delicious! We will definitely be back when we are back on future camping trips. Wish you all the success! read more

The cleanest Jersey Mike's I've been to and they're all generally really clean. Julian was EXTREMELY sweet and kind, I mean customer service is unmatched, he's probably the example used in the customer service training videos. Food was top notch and entire staff was also so friendly, another staff member was having such a polite conversation with another client while tending to them. The exceptional demonstration of multitasking definitely made myself and the other client in the store felt happy. 10/10 would invite Julian to a BBQ. read more

I went to our new Scotts Valley shop a couple of days ago. 2 sandwiches to go. 1st one came super quick. 2nd one was a Philly Cheese. It. Took. Forever. Honestly, I waited, and waited, and waited some more. I saw the sandwich guy take some meat out of the freezer probably 10+ min. after I had my 1st sandwich in hand and start grilling. I'm not exaggerating when I say it took me a good 1/2 hour to get my food. Plenty of staff. Maybe everyone is still learning since it's a new shop? Not sure but I'll probably give them another try. Is it maybe just too inefficient to cut the meats and the cheeses to order? 30 min to get our order. (There were some phone orders ahead of us, I think). And the cash register guy is taking cash and then touching the sandwiches to cut them, so that's not great. read more
