We also tried the fire hot, and while it was really good... it definitely lives up to the name. Let's just say my mouth knew it had made a bold decision. If you love serious heat, that one's for you. The sandwich itself was chef's kiss. The chicken was thick and juicy, layered perfectly with crunchy slaw, pickles, and a soft toasted bun that somehow managed to hold everything together without falling apart. Every bite just melted in your mouth. They also give you an order of seasoned fries and a side of their house sauce which is dangerously good and takes the sandwich to the next level. For the kids we ordered the no-spice tenders and no spice double sandwich plate, and they were a hit. The tenders plate came with slaw, pickles, toast, and fries. The only thing I'd probably ask next time is if they can skip seasoning the fries for little ones because the spice blend had a tiny kick for them but honestly everything else was cooked perfectly. Can't beat by one get one free and this is a super simple operation with a tablet to order and just a few items on their menu. Very tasty chicken, not like mall-quality greasy fried processed chicken fingers, which was more what I was expecting and pleasantly surprised that it was instead good quality meat. The "original" heat level was exactly right for my partner and me, the fries tasted good and were abundant. My only criticism would be to have coleslaw on the side instead of in the sandwich, and I could do without the extra container of sugary sauce. I will ask them to hold it next time. I came drove from Santa Cruz with my family we was super excited about the food I saw there was a buy 1 chicken sandwich. Get another one free when I got to the front i rang the bell cause no one was there . They first guy to greet me who's name is ADAM I kindly asked if they were accepting cash he looked at me with very judgmental glare stared for about 10 awkward seconds and said no .. right after that i was very put off by that, but I still decided to order a sandwich because we drove this far. They should let people know before they drive 30 minutes to come try their sandwich that they're not accepting cash. They should also let people know that just because you get the ad for the buy one, get one free chicken sandwich doesn't mean you're gonna get one overall.
