We ordered a total of 8 giant sandwiches & they DELIVERED. We were in & out of there in under 20mins with other orders still coming through for pick up orders. Josh & Jacob were able to make all our sandwich's quickly & with GREAT customer service, no attitude or side eyes. & that's why we'll continue to frequent this location. Dawson, if you ever read this, I hope you understand how disgusting your behavior came across. I'm a Black customer, and the way you spoke to me and treated me felt racially charged from the beginning. What made it worse was watching you turn that same disrespect toward my wife. That is the part I'm not going to forget. You weren't just rude. You made us feel unwelcome, talked down to, and treated like we were somehow less deserving of basic respect than everyone else in that building. Maybe you can brush that off as "customer service," but when you're the manager, your behavior sets the tone for the entire place. And the tone you set was ugly. What's almost insulting is that the food wasn't even good enough to distract from it. The order was mediocre, the experience was worse, and the person supposedly responsible for managing the restaurant was the biggest problem in the room. I can deal with a bad sandwich. I can deal with a mistake. What I don't tolerate is being made to feel small because of how I'm being treated, especially when I'm standing next to my wife and watching her get the same treatment. Dawson, whatever authority that manager title gives you clearly didn't come with professionalism, basic decency, or enough self-awareness to understand how your behavior lands on people. If I could, I would give this place a zero star and I'm not sure if it was a racial thing or not but anyone who ordered before me or after me was white and they got helped within 10 to 15 minutes and got served their food I had to wait 40 minutes for a sandwich. Very frustrating experience with an online order. We placed an online order at 4:12 PM and I arrived about 10 minutes later. There was already a bag with our order label printed, so I thought it would be ready soon. Instead, I waited over 45 minutes and we left at 5:07 PM. When I arrived, the store was empty. While I waited, at least 8 walk-in customers came in, ordered, got their food, and left. By the time we left, 13 walk-in customers had been served. Even worse, 3-4 other online orders were made before ours, including ones placed after our order. Each time someone came in to ask about their online order, the lead staff guy chatted with them and immediately started it. We asked multiple times and were skipped. My spouse even called the store because the wait was so long. Lead staff guy said walk-ins are prioritized, but that didn't match what we saw. What made this uncomfortable was that the online orders completed before ours, but bags created after ours, were all picked up by guys which the lead staff guy would quickly talk to and help them, while we were ignored. At the end, the lead staff guy made a newly arrived female employee--who had just started her shift five minutes before handing us the food-- apologize to us and had us the BOGO coupons. She also looked uncomfortable with what she just walked in to. This felt disorganized and unfair, not just slow. Not the Jersey Mike's experience we expect. read more

I have to say, this would be a 5 star review were it not for the fact that my favorite sandwich (#8) tastes different at this location every time I get it. I have been getting it for years in California, and now, after moving to Washington, and it's tasted consistently the same...until this location opened up. At first I thought it was because of the new staff, but it's been several months and it's now a thing. Do I keep getting it, even though it doesn't taste like all other locations' #8?? Yes. Why? Because it still tastes good, regardless of this off-taste discrepancy. Despite this weird inconsistency, I wanted to give this store a shout out because I was stuck in traffic today (2 lane street with no arterial way to escape) for almost two hours and had ordered a pick up for 5:45 PM. I called them around 5:50 to let them know and they said there would be no problem. I finally arrived at 6:45 (the drive from work to this location would've normally taken me, at most, 45 mins) to pick up my food and the staff insisted on making me a fresh hot sandwich, while still giving me the other two I had ordered. I think the staff may need additional training for food safety. I noticed onions being cut on the uncleaned meat slicer. The onions landed on the counter and were transferred with ungloved hands into a container. Also the servers were confused and didn't know what to do to until told to cash people out. Education is essential, food safety is paramount. The Health Department should pay them a visit. I got sick later from my sandwich. Diarrhea and stomach cramps at an event, ruined my night! I got the Big Kahuna with less jalapeño and extra mushroom if possible without extra charge. I ordered via phone app. Our subs were perfect. I went in paid for food, walked out there was a pile of some type of sauce just sitting on the floor and I stepped in it without knowing. I went into my car to clean it off my shoe before stepping in the car, a worker name Andrew watched me clean my shoe. I put some napkins on the floor so I didn't make a mess in my car. He scream from his car that I better pick it up which I was going to do. When I finished cleaning my shoe and threw anyway some trash he yelled at me again to pick up the trash which I was doing. He ran up to me and I'm a very small person and he was way bigger than me, yelling at me calling me rude dirty names. At that point I felt threatened and left out of fear. I love the #99, and I have had a couple that have missed the mark a little in the past, but I just picked one up a few minutes ago and have never had one that bad. It was as dry as jerky through 70% of the sandwich. They must have forgotten the Chipotle Sauce, and the cheese was all on the outside of the sandwich.
