Gone is all that, replaced by harsh bright lighting, booths that are squeezed too tight, and too few workers, all of whom look like they would rather be somewhere else. They are frequently out of things, especially bread bowls which is a shame. The dining room is also frequently dirty. I still come here sometimes because I have nostalgia for peak Panera and the food is decent (yet also used to be better too), but nowadays I grab my food and go because I don't like sitting inside that soulless, dirty, harshly lit, uncomfortable place.

First off, that's simply not how Yelp works. We aren't employed by Yelp in any way, and are NEVER allowed to review a business that we did not pay for. Secondly, I have never experienced such rudeness from a business OWNER. To do such a thing simply because someone didn't think his product was the best... sorry, it wasn't... there are plenty of other local ice cream shops that don't live up to their hype either... Maybe I would have tried their ice cream again in a year or two, but because of the owner's disrespect, I will now avoid this place like the plague, and tell all my family and friends to do the same!

The employees were loud and unprofessional, which made the experience uncomfortable. One worker, who I believe was named Mia, was shouting loudly behind the counter instead of assisting her colleagues. When I mentioned the delay with the drinks, she did not take any action and continued to stand there. This behavior created a chaotic and unpleasant atmosphere for customers and doesn't reflect well on the restaurant. I hope management addresses these issues and improves the overall service.
