I've been going to this location for some time and every time I go there is this Employee Echo is absolutely outstandingly amazing and always on top of things. Getting my order correct to remembering how I like my sandwiches, having such an amazing customer service experience and the food being made right every time. It is a very pleasurable experience and definitely will continue to return and tell my friends and family. Thank you to Echo for always helping me and being so sweet. read more

I went to the store in Tucson on Valencia and oak tree. Hayden took care of us. He was great and I would keep coming to his store. We had a specific reason for being there and he made our day. Thank you Hayden! read more

We went to Jersey Mike's for an early lunch. The two teenagers in the shop were very friendly and helpful and quickly made our yummy sandwiches and we left with a smile. Highly recommend #65 and #44. Grilled fresh and were very tasty! We will be back. read more

Jersey mikes is the best Italian sandwich place around. Bread is good and meats freshly sliced.

I bought the Giant Big Kahuna Cheese Steak. My son bought a Tuna, and I wasn't paying attention to what his girlfriend ordered. The sub had pretty decent flavor to it, and my son and gf concur. I asked for extra jalapeño, sweet peppers, and also asked for banana peppers to be added on as well. I don't think any of that extra was added as I found maybe a tiny few jalapeños, not more than a average amount of sweet peppers and an no amount of banana peppers. Two breads available white and wheat. They were good, soft and fresh. I thought the ordering and creation process were pretty inefficient. Why do you need to place an order I am paying for on 3 separate tickets, when I am paying for all 3 people? Then we each need to hand them to the cashier so I alone would be able to pay for them. The other sub place (unnamed) efficiency has you beat by miles on this. The 3 or 4 additional individuals were twiddling their thumbs most of the time. Maybe if the process for order and creation were better managed and streamlined you wouldn't need an extra employee and bring the prices down. The place was clean as it just opened a couple days ago. The sub was $15.xx alone. I noticed they had a grand opening coupon flyer to the back side of the cash register. I grabbed one and used the 50% off a giant sub combo. After the discount it was $11.75 a decent deal. However at close to probably $18 or $19 as a combo deal (giant sub, chips and drink) regular price that is kind of high in my opinion. First time there, probably the last time there. For a few bucks more on an order of 3 giant combos, I could be having a full sit down meal for 3 someplace on the semi inexpensive side (Texas Roadhouse, Chili's, Lonestar, Village Inn, Applebee's, Sweet Tomatoes, etc. take your pick) March 2, 2018. The manager reached out to me, and I greatly appreciate this. Some of the production issues are due to just opening and employee's becoming oriented to the process. I can accept and understand this. He did mention Jersey Mike's uses premium ingredients for their subs, accounting for the price difference. I concur based on what I had last night the ingredients on the sub would be considered premium. Due to the fact the manager reached out I will certainly give them another shot as I always appreciate individuals who are vested in the success of their eatery and care about their customers feedback. Thank you again for reaching out to me. read more

This jersey mikes pretty much sucks. Seems like a bunch of trainees. Very inconsistent sandwiches. Wish we had another one close by.

I have a limited lunch break so I ordered in advance so I wouldn't have to wait. My sub was just being started when I arrived so I had to sit there for close to 10 mins. read more

This is THE BEST Jersey Mike's in the entire valley, in my opinion. I saw some negative reviews on here and I honestly have no idea what those people are talking about. Stephanie and Jaiden are exceptional! They have assisted me on several occasions and always make me feel so welcome and valued. They should be used as examples for good customer service. The food is terrific. The meats always taste super fresh and flavorful. So much better than any other sandwich shop in the business. Literally, no contest. Try the roast beef!! (Chef's kiss) It's fantastic!! read more

We ordered 3 sandwiches on the app today, Sunday during the donation weekend. There were just two employees and they had a ton of business. They were a bit behind but they did an amazing job. Our food came out perfectly. They were working hard and in control. The gentleman was thanking everyone for their patients. The food was great as always. read more

Man i so love this location.. clean ..friendly..always greeting visitors always getting my food just right I love the options for bowls the manager Victoria is so helpful and pleasant and always put extra love in my visit in on my lunch break will continue to come here read more

I've eaten here many times and no complaints. But today a woman working (not the younger worker that was working that day) was making all the sandwiches without a mask. She coughed multiple times and sneezed. She kept sniffling too. She didn't even turn her head. She did this facing the food. She made my sandwiches then rang me up with the same gloves then I watched her go make the next peoples sandwich with the same gloves. So gross. This employee needs to relearn the sanitary part of working with food. read more

Oh how I loved this place, and it's gone to shit! Customer service is trash! Wish I could take my tip back, so I ordered my bowl and 2 other sandwiches ok pay then sit ... and there was no utensils, went back to ask for some could t look at me , uh no we don't have any. Then asked the gal who took our order... no we don't . Ok fine, but you didn't think to let me know when I ordered the bowl. "Do you plan on eating here, because we don't have utensils " was that so damn hard?! Every time the last 2 years this is how it's been with everything. #7 please... as in line after order sorry no bread, sorry no bowls sorry no meat wtf!?! read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Best sammy ever numba #9 Club Supreme - Fast Food Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

I love their turkey sandwich with bacon. My husband loves their Italian with extra everything. The service is always fast and friendly. The music is upbeat. The staff seems to be happy and the place is always clean. Especially the bathroom is the first thing I look at. read more

Do not order from this store. They are rude and do not care about their customers. They just charged me for food I did not receive. They accused me of lying. The GM yelled at me and said she does not know if I really got my food or beverage. I would never go there and order now because I would be afraid what they would do to my food while they prepared it. Do not trust this store in Mesa. 10861 E. We ordered our subs to go. They were ready on time and tasted great. I forgot how much I loved this place.

Great customer service. Very fast and efficient. Thank you to the manager on the duty for the sandwich recommendation.

I am a regular customer here. I come in three times a week and the manager, Victoria, already knows my order and gets it ready for me quickly and it's always delicious which is why I return. I wanted tot ale this time to write the review because Tuesday, June 7th the store was especially busy and someone came in earlier than expected to pick up an order. The customers for said order were very rude to Victoria and the other Employees in the restaurant. I believe Victoria handled the situation professionally and I will be returning to see her professionalism in action, which adds so much to my week! read more

I have been to this location three times since they have opened and each time has been more of a disappointment. As a loyal Jersey Mike's customer and Shore Points member, I will not step foot in this location again. The first two times I received the wrong order, so on the third visit I watched closely while my order was butchered again. I left on the third visit when my order was given to another customer. If you're the owner/operator/manager stop by the Val Vista location and pick up some pointers from their crew. read more

Always a long wait for your online order, and employees don't acknowledge you waiting, or if they do it's very insincere.

Love Jersey Mike's over the "other guys"! You can really taste the difference. Ingredients are so fresh. Employees were friendly and great sandwich makers. Won't go to the other guys again and to call them the competition is a joke, there is no comparison. read more

Syed Did a great job making our sandwiches it was shortstaffed and he did it all by himself and in a great time. Great sandwiches also

Jersey Mike's was the Jersey circus today!! The 3 young people at the end of the line, sandwich maker, wrapper and cashier were the friggin' 3 stooges! It was more important for them to be getting the lingo down and trying to be cool. Then getting the orders out in a timely fashion. What a cluster! But hey! At least they are working!! read more

This location has gone down hill. They consistently make mistakes and can't get orders correctly. I order 4 sandwiches for lunch. 3 of them the same sandwiches all missing the same ingredient. I called the MOD and he can only offer me to drive all the way back to the shop to have them fix. No credit or refund. This has happened multiple times. I think I am going to look for another location or a different sandwich company. Maybe Jersey Mikes has gotten too big to keep up their quality. read more

Excellent food........lousy customer service. 3 times in this store, no hello no thanks for coming in. Just "what ya need boss". Takes my money hands me my change onto the next in line. Complained and got 2 free subs. Went to the store in Queen Creek and much better customer service. A friendly hello as a customer walks in goes a long way........ read more

I am writing this review due to everytime i order from this location our order is never correct ever.

My guy Deion was nice and the rest of the staff were very welcoming. Made my sandwich to perfection. Great to see staff with great personality and customer service read more

Horrible customer service. There were three girls working the counter. Two making the sandwiches got angry and glared at me when I ordered a veggie sandwich and asked for a glove change after explaining I have an allergy. I made extra effort(even apologized for my allergy) to be kind not knowing who they served before me or if it was a bad night. We were the only customers in line so no need for rushing etc. As much as we love Jersey Mikes this will be our last trip to them. I have never been made to feel so bad about my allergy before. read more

I love the subs but the service isn't good. Unless you are ordering ahead or Uber eats don't go there. This is the second time I have stood in line for 20 minutes with only 2 people in front of me waiting to complete my order. But this time, after waiting 20 minutes they put my food in someone else's Togo bag so my sub left the resturaunt without me. I was so frustrated I just left. The people behind the counter are slow and don't seem to know what is going on. Maybe they are too overwhelmed. Maybe instead of 3 people they need 4 during dinner time. Needless to say, I will not be standing in line for 20 minutes again at jersey mike's. read more

Yesterday drove over from Apache Junction for lunch. When we arrived typed note saying temporarily closed due to system issues. As we walked away, an employee took the note down so we thought might as well go in since we were already there. We were looking forward to a Philly cheesesteak sandwich when the employee said they were out of beef and could only offer chicken sandwiches. What a disappointment. read more

The customer service is awful. There are about 10 workers who stand around and do nothing. I was the only customer in the store and waited 35 minutes for two cold subs. Would rather go to a different jersey mikes then deal with the customer service at this location again. read more

I've been going here since it first opened, and I am always super happy. They have a meat/cheese slicer so obviously it's going to take more time to make the sandwich, but I don't mind at all. The staff is beyond friendly, and half of the reason I come back is because of their friendly personalities. The owner did a great job staffing a young, hard-working crew. They are better than any other sub sandwich place in the area. It is SO clean in this particular location. They change their gloves after every sandwich and wash their hands. They are wiping everything down constantly. I truly believe it is one of the cleanest locations I have ever seen. I am sure they get a A++ from the health& food inspectors. Way to go guys! read more

Adaquate, at best. Staff is unfriendly at this location and the prices are ridiculous for what you get. Perhaps I'd be willing to return and pay the prices if the staff were more welcoming and friendly. read more

I usually love this location. Staff is friendly, but today was a mess. 10 employees making sandwiches, my order took 40 mins for a 13 and a 55, because the guy said "they forgot about your 55 so I made it myself" customer behind me asked for a manager and when she came out said "you needed me?" And she brushed him off, so there was no point for me to discuss anything with her. Customer with online order, got the wrong food, another customers wife's sandwich was not made either until they raised heck about it. I asked the employee if they had corporates number he stated to go online. Then when I didn't have any luck there I called the store to ask for the general managers info. He said that there was no way to give corporate or the general managers info because it's a privacy breach per the same manager that brushed the customer off. He stated "there's a reason we don't wear name tags ma'am, it's our privacy" read more

The place is absolutely great! Great sandwiches, and great staff! Definitely an experience to remember from my trip to Arizona! Thank you!

Did not have a sub when I visited. I intended to, but, they ran out of buns. Hard to imagine a sub shop without sub buns. So, drove a mile over to Firehouse subs. They had buns. read more

Every worker was 16, no supervisors present. They were all chatting and messing around the whole time I was there. I had to ask if anyone was going to help me.
