I decided to try this location for the first time for an early lunch in between running errands. The staff was friendly and efficient. I tried the #17 (Mike's famous Philly) regular size with a sub of provolone cheese and it came out fresh and delicious. I didn't like that there was an up charge to add additional cold toppings such as lettuce and tomato, but the sandwich was truly good without those extra things. They did a great job maintaining the busy lunch crowd. I'd return again. I did notice they do online pick up orders so I'd recommend that if you don't have a lot of time to wait. September 7th, 2024 I just had the worst experience at this location. I couldn't get the lady with the glasses name because she didn't have a name tag on. She was very rude about my gluten-free sandwich and still wasn't careful. So, if I get sick, I am going to be upset. She plugged her ears when I tried to ask her about my husband's sandwich, and we did have to wait longer because they hadn't made his sandwich but had made the customers sandwich behind us. This particular store is a joke. They mess up your food and give tiny portions when it's being delivered then when somebody comes into the store. How do I know?Because it happened to me today. I drive for a living so I'm in a jersey mikes at different locations throughout Georgia and this location is the first location that wanted to charge me extra for veggies. I have always promoted Jersey Mike's as the sub above the rest. I was extremely disappointed with my most recent visit. My order was a footlong chicken Philly which should have come with chopped chicken, onions and peppers from the hot grill on a 5-grain hoagie bun. When I received it, I couldn't believe my eyes. It looked like chicken salad. There were hardly any peppers and onions and the chicken looked like canned chicken. A quarter of the bread had no chicken at all. I called and spoke to an associate. She offered to remake the sandwich but explained they did nothing out of the ordinary. I shared that I had pictures which didn't seem to matter. I also explained that I could not drive back and asked for a credit. The associate said she couldn't approve a credit and would have the manager call me the next day. She took my name and number. I never heard from the manager. It's a shame because Jersey Mike's used to have the best chicken Philly around, near and far. We received two coupons for free subs at ANY JERSEY MIKE'S LOCATION to be used prior to 9/30/20. My husband went to use his coupon and was told this location has not accepted these coupons in months and there is no way for them to honor it. I immediately called the location after receiving this information to confirm what my husband was told and also get names and ownership contact information. After two attempts, both times phone continued to ring until the call finally disconnected. The next closest Jersey Mike's is 30 minutes away. What is the purpose in providing coupons that specifically states it can be redeemed at any location if they can pick and choose if they want to honor it or not?! This has ruined my likings of this company, specifically this location, and I will be sure to tell the masses about how this franchise particularly does not want to show appreciation for it's customers as the coupon states. read more

Jersey Mike's in Douglasville opened shop on Wednesday and we ordered our subs on Saturday. So going on the fourth day of operation, they were pretty much brand new, you could say. I ordered a regular (medium size) original Italian, around $10 with tax and my friend ordered the beef and bacon club, which might have cost more. The Italian was okay, nothing out of the ordinary, but I hear there wasn't nearly enough beef on the club so at those pricess they were quite disappointing. I finally got to try Jersey Mike's Subs today and was not disappointed! I'm from western NY so always hopeful to find a sub here in GA similar to a NY type. I got the #4 and my husband got a big kahuna Philly cheesesteak and a club supreme for later. He loved the cheesesteak and I loved my number four. It was so awesome to see the meat is sliced to order! The bread was fresh and the toppings were fresh, it was just a really really good sub. The bad news is we don't live in Douglasville so will not get there often, but the good news is we don't live in Douglasville and therefore this treat will not crash my diet LOL. We will definitely be back. There are a lot of food choices in Douglasville but this will be my top pick from now on. There are so many other subs I want to try on the menu. I know when we go to the Burlington Coat Factory in the same plaza to get my granddaughter a winter coat we will definitely also be getting Jersey Mike's! read more
