My first time at this location (and first time in a while at a Jersey Mike's) My husband has been here once since they've opened this location. This place is super clean, everyone smiled and spoke to us when we walked in, bathrooms were super clean AND the subs are good. Only negative is the price. I got a wrap with some chips and my husband got a giant size philly sub and our total was $26. It'd be the same at Firehouse, you'll pay more for a good hot sub. We'll be back! read more

customer service started off good but declined on my Friday, 9/18/2026 visit. 5:10 PM EDT the initial decline. employee cleaned off grill had food on it. at first I was concerned it was the veggies but the meat was on it in the right upper corner. 2nd. asked to have mustard, banana peppers and relish and added. I was mocked because she wrapped up the sandwich. I guess that was a problem? 3rd. after being asked did need anything else. I asked for tomatoes on side since it was a problem adding to Philly. He then says tomatoes would be an extra charge because it was not a listed item on the Big Kahuana Philly. Asked if that was a problem. I said yes and that I'll make a complaint. He nonchalantly shrugs his shoulder as if he didn't care interesting. because you didn't charge for the mustard, banana peppers, relish or oil that was added to the Philly. there is no pricing posted for charging to add produce toppings to the subs. now I'm home and there is a plastic top wrapped in the sandwich. cross contamination and lords knows what else unsanitary because why is it anywhere near the cooking/prep station. different staff compared to a fee weeks ago. customer service needs additional work. a few weeks ago. the issue was young lady touching cash and cash register with gloves and didn't wash her hands before handling food and was irritated because I asked her to change gloves before touching my food. times like these I wish I was a health inspector. read more

The hubby loves this place! I'm not a sub girl, but every time I try his from here, they're always fresh and tastes great. Customer service is great. Ordering process is seamless! The store is always clean and the people are always friendly! read more

worst place I've been too. they proceed not to put your whole order in my bad. and then when I go back they tried to argue that they did put it in. they also said and I quote "well you're the one who accepted the bag". the cashier attitude was awful and they will call you a liar. they also asked for my bag to check it . DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT THEY WILL LIE TO YOU!!! read more

I decided to try this location for the first time for an early lunch in between running errands. The staff was friendly and efficient. I tried the #17 (Mike's famous Philly) regular size with a sub of provolone cheese and it came out fresh and delicious. I didn't like that there was an up charge to add additional cold toppings such as lettuce and tomato, but the sandwich was truly good without those extra things. They did a great job maintaining the busy lunch crowd. I'd return again. I did notice they do online pick up orders so I'd recommend that if you don't have a lot of time to wait. I witnessed a few people picking up their food as I dined in to enjoy my sub. read more

September 7th, 2024 I just had the worst experience at this location. I couldn't get the lady with the glasses name because she didn't have a name tag on. She was very rude about my gluten-free sandwich and still wasn't careful. So, if I get sick, I am going to be upset. She plugged her ears when I tried to ask her about my husband's sandwich, and we did have to wait longer because they hadn't made his sandwich but had made the customers sandwich behind us. She was acting as though she was in charge of everyone. She even stopped making our stuff to go over the girls shoulder at the register. If she was more concerned with me than the register, she may would have gotten our order right. read more

Staff was nice but my order was wrong . They were taking multiple orders without writing them down . Cashing out at the end ! I ordered the sandwich #16 as it comes on cheese bread add jalapeños! Only onions and cheese came on mine and it was on wheat ! Not what I ordered ! It appears that they were rushing to close ! I'm not happy at all ! read more

This particular store is a joke. They mess up your food and give tiny portions when it's being delivered then when somebody comes into the store. How do I know?Because it happened to me today. They don't answer the phone. They know they are messing up orders. I am disabled and homebound and I was told it was better if somebody came into the store to get my food. Like it should make a difference. I paid my damn money for it to get to me with MISSING ITEMS, MISSING INSTRUCTIONS AND MISSING INGREDIENTS!! Who owns this particular restaurant? I called over 20 times for no one to answer. The buffalo chicken wasn't buffalo The bowls were missing lettuce one had a sprinkle. The bowl portions were so small that the half sub had more items. This has to be some kind of joke UPDATE!! The person who emailed me swears they did right by my order. But as you can tell by other reviews THIS HAPPENS VERY OFTEN AND THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!! Unfortunately I've had it happen before. I order from this store because ITS THE ONLY ONE IN THE AREA!! Maybe somebody needs to open another so this one can be shut down. Patrons deserve what they pay for. Still haven't gotten a refund for missing items. Since they won't refund or partial refund the messed up items. This store needs new management, new workers and new owners. Because yall are definitely playing with Jersey Mikes brand. read more

The food was great! The employees kept everything moving right along. We slowed it down because we had never been to one and we weren't sure how the ordering went. Lol. The bathrooms were very clean and that's always a plus!! read more

Love Jersey Mike's, just NOT this location. I have tried and retried for the benefit that they were having a bad day! I am completely done with THIS location. Not only are the employees try not nice, they don't follow directions. Example: I clearly, 3 times, ask the young man making my sandwich to please not add any additional salt. He quickly did anyway, advising he was sorry and it was a habit. He advised it wasn't that much.......crickets!!! I just said note to self and expressed my displeasure. My feedback left them unbothered and it was clear they couldn't care less. With all of that said and done, a few days later I returned. This time for a salad! It was like pulling teeth to get a healthy looking salad with ingredients, not too mention getting enough Salad Dressing!!! It's official, I am done with this location in my community of Douglasville!!! read more

my first time experiencing bad service in Jersey mikes. I drive for a living so I'm in a jersey mikes at different locations throughout Georgia and this location is the first location that wanted to charge me extra for veggies. I said what I never paid extra for veggies and she said " well at this location you do" I was getting 3 sandwiches and I said you know what im not getting anything from here. cancel my orders. and I left all 3 sandwiches. now I don't know if she was the manager but somebody needs to retrain her on customer service and as a business owner I would never let 3 sandwiches go in the trash and lose that sale for the amount of change you would have made on the veggies. something that location can learn from the other locations. read more

Ordered three (3) sandwiches moments ago, today, Thursday, November 18, 2021. Two of these sandwiches were supposed to be Portabella Chicken Cheese Steak. Welp! Haha, no mushrooms today, I guess, but there was no explanation of that at the time of in-person ordering. read more

I wish I could give a 0.5 only that because I love jersey mikes. I will never visit this location again! The lady Adeja has the worst customer service. I asked for my sandwich to be fixed a certain way and she kept saying they can't do it and I eat these sandwiches in every state I go to. I asked for lettuce and she told me they charge extra for toppings on my sandwich which I never heard of! read more

I ordered a hot veggie sub for lunch and what I received was a cold sandwich with provolone cheese ..... Mike's Way! I was on lunch, so of course I could not go back. I called the restaurant for 20 minutes to no avail! If I could rate this establishment a ZERO, I would!!!!! read more

I have always promoted Jersey Mike's as the sub above the rest. I was extremely disappointed with my most recent visit. My order was a footlong chicken Philly which should have come with chopped chicken, onions and peppers from the hot grill on a 5-grain hoagie bun. When I received it, I couldn't believe my eyes. It looked like chicken salad. There were hardly any peppers and onions and the chicken looked like canned chicken. A quarter of the bread had no chicken at all. I called and spoke to an associate. She offered to remake the sandwich but explained they did nothing out of the ordinary. I shared that I had pictures which didn't seem to matter. I also explained that I could not drive back and asked for a credit. The associate said she couldn't approve a credit and would have the manager call me the next day. She took my name and number. I never heard from the manager. It's a shame because Jersey Mike's used to have the best chicken Philly around, near and far. I also received errors when trying to report it on the JM corporate website. The two stars are for the associate who attempted to help. read more

Another great experience at Jersey Mike's. I think I'm kinda obsessed right now, tbh. Lol. The subs are sooo good. This location is pretty new, from what I'm told. The staff were all very friendly and greeted my sister and me when we walked in. They were very polite and professional. And the subs were delicious. I love that these subs are filled with meat and toppings and are so nice and big!! They also have some super bomb chunkyyyy chocolate chip cookies! Jersey Mike's all the way! Great service at this location, too! Thanks! read more

Service is atrocious!! Absolutely fkn rude and unprofessional.... I sit here and watch people hang up on them while they cuss them for doing so , yet they look at you like your a problem.. I will not and recommend a different sub shop .. all this store cares about are hiring idiots to meet their tax credits .... Sorry Jersey Mike you hired a bunch of dumb monkies read more

We received two coupons for free subs at ANY JERSEY MIKE'S LOCATION to be used prior to 9/30/20. My husband went to use his coupon and was told this location has not accepted these coupons in months and there is no way for them to honor it. I immediately called the location after receiving this information to confirm what my husband was told and also get names and ownership contact information. After two attempts, both times phone continued to ring until the call finally disconnected. The next closest Jersey Mike's is 30 minutes away. What is the purpose in providing coupons that specifically states it can be redeemed at any location if they can pick and choose if they want to honor it or not?! This has ruined my likings of this company, specifically this location, and I will be sure to tell the masses about how this franchise particularly does not want to show appreciation for it's customers as the coupon states. read more

I dropped in to get a sub, my usual #13. Store was closed, walls stripped down, chairs, tables, equipment gone!!! After only 14 months I guess the high prices and limited/inconsistent hours caught up to this store. Sad. read more

Terrific throwback to the sandwich experience of the late 80s in NY/NJ. The delicious club sub brought me back to my childhood. Staff was terrific, friendly and happy. Jersey Mike's Subs - Club Sub on Wheat - Sandwiches Near Me - Douglasville, Georgia

I asked the server if the bread was fresh as only a couple loaves remained of wheat and white. He and the lady at the register that appeared from all accounts was a manager as she was giving the gentleman instruction and he verbally said yes while testing 2 loaves an deciding on one and so did she. At home I started to eat the sandwich and he dough from the first bite was so chewy until it turned to a raw dough ball in my mouth like cement. I won't give a place that can't even make a sandwich a second visit. Shame! read more

I ordered a philly steak online from Hwy. 5, March 18,2023. It was the worst sandwich I ever. It was dry and overcooked and I could count the peppers. I asked for salt and olive oil and could not taste either. People do have a choice what they want on their sandwich, right? read more

I spent $45.00 in this place I asked if I could use the restroom and the cook/manager said someone is cleaning the bathroom so I waited. After some time past I ask another worker if i can use the men bathroom and was told there was some chemicals put down so that would have to the chemicals to dry. I was told I can go to another establishment to use the bathroom. I think is not right for the customer. Spent 20 minutes in the store waiting for the restroom to become open. read more

Workers here have no idea what they're doing. They need to be retrained. Maybe corporate will see this

This intersection always attracts the worst service, because the location is gold. Waited over 45 minutes after coming 15min after calling in an order. At 3 on a Sunday! The food is good, it's a cool chain, but this crew is awful. Saw multiple people just give up and leave. Due to the traffic & location, people keep pouring in, even though they're likely understaffed & underpaying. Avoid. read more

Jersey Mike's in Douglasville opened shop on Wednesday and we ordered our subs on Saturday. So going on the fourth day of operation, they were pretty much brand new, you could say. I ordered a regular (medium size) original Italian, around $10 with tax and my friend ordered the beef and bacon club, which might have cost more. The Italian was okay, nothing out of the ordinary, but I hear there wasn't nearly enough beef on the club so at those pricess they were quite disappointing. Just don't have that kind of money lying around for ordinary sandwiches. read more

I was happy to see that there is a Jersey Mike's closer to me but unfortunately I'll never be going to this location again. Anytime there is a deal through the Jersey Mike's app they turn off online ordering. How despicable is that? I consistently come to this location and have seen the customer service slowly getting worse. I came in earlier and customer service was very poor, rude, Wrong order AGAIN,and i tried to call and couldnt get through to get it fixed, But the Tall skinny gentlemen behind the counter was rude with other customers including myself and I had to ask for some customer service. I will NOT be returning to this location. read more

I finally got to try Jersey Mike's Subs today and was not disappointed! I'm from western NY so always hopeful to find a sub here in GA similar to a NY type. I got the #4 and my husband got a big kahuna Philly cheesesteak and a club supreme for later. He loved the cheesesteak and I loved my number four. It was so awesome to see the meat is sliced to order! The bread was fresh and the toppings were fresh, it was just a really really good sub. The bad news is we don't live in Douglasville so will not get there often, but the good news is we don't live in Douglasville and therefore this treat will not crash my diet LOL. We will definitely be back. There are a lot of food choices in Douglasville but this will be my top pick from now on. There are so many other subs I want to try on the menu. I know when we go to the Burlington Coat Factory in the same plaza to get my granddaughter a winter coat we will definitely also be getting Jersey Mike's! read more
