Service was superb. My visit was Sunday the 15th and I am looking forward to returning soon. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. read more

The manager was super rude and unprofessional. It made for a really unpleasant experience.

I was there a couple days ago for lunch with my friend and the food was fine but honestly the manager was extremely rude to me and my friend for NO reason. I will not be going back. read more

Enjoyed the prompt service but two of the kids working didn't have on a hair net to protect their hair which I find extremely alarming.

I ordered lunch on May 8, 2026 which was the chicken kahuna #55 as I was eating my sub I noticed a piece of plastic in my sub. I took it back and they were looking at me as if I did when it was cooked into the meat and I literally had just left the restaurant. I ordered the sub through Jersey Mike's website which was with Postmates I told the manager that he filed a refund thro postmates and said that he would be in touch and I haven't heard anything back I have also been calling as well and no one has answered the phone. I took pictures of the sub. I will not be going back to a Jersey Mike's again! read more

this jersey mike's has been amazing lately. on 2 separate occasions, i've ordered a sub in a tub on the app and in the special instructions section, i put to add so pickles and banana peppers that my sanity is questioned. well, on one occasion when i ordered my sub and received it via delivery, i noticed 2 tubs in my bag. at first i was confused since i only ordered 1 sub in a tub. i opened the bag and much to my surprise, there was a tub FULL of pickles and banana peppers along with my order. this made my pickle loving heart VERY happy. on the most recent occasion, i put the special instructions in the 3rd photo into the app. when i went to pick it up via curbside, the sandwich artist gave me a good laugh and said "my coworker told me i needed to add more pickles but God told me to stop" when i opened my bag to see how much i was given, i was overjoyed at the amount of pickles and banana peppers inside. if you're a pickle lover like myself, jersey mike's on copperfield blvd in concord, nc will HOOK YOU UP!!! thank you jersey mike'a for supporting a pickle lover's dreams. i will 1000% continue to order from you!! read more

I received great care from Jasmine, she was very helpful with my order and treated me with much kindness. I would like her to be recognized for her excellent service and care. read more

Food was 5 stars but, I ordered via mobile order and once I got to the store, waited an hour for 2 sandwiches. I understand being busy but I have worked in restaurants before, the orders should be made in the order they are placed. About 10 people walked in and out with their food before me because they ordered at the counter. So if I ever go back, I will not be using the app. read more

3rd time I've put on th app order in, and 3rd time it's not ready when it says it will be. I've now been stand here for 15 minutes (39 minutes past "Ready for Pick Up" , and it's still not ready. This service sucks. Will not be back again. read more

I like Jersey Mike's subs. This one has a nice, new interior. But they could do better about their sanitation grade and cleaning the tables. read more

I went to this different location because I was in the area and it was Tuesday. I wanted to get the $7.99 Tuesday special but this location doesn't have it! I was very disappointed. There was a long line to wait to get my sub but it moved quickly. They are still social distancing their tables so there isn't a lot of tables to sit and enjoy your food. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast. The sub was good as usual and made correctly. It was nothing special. Just another Jersey Mikes that didn't offer the cheap Tuesday special which was the reason I went. read more

Ordered for pick up. (Mind you I live 15 min away) got there, NO CUSTOMERS IN STORE, 4 employees standing around, told them I had a pickup, but no pick up ready. Had to look for my ticket and started making it. THEN BECAUSE NO ONE COMMUNICATED MY ORDER WAS DONE, I sat there for another 10 min with my order waiting for me behind the counter! What is the point of ordering online to Have it ready when the employees aren't doing their job! read more

This review is based solely on the service or lack there of. Have made 2 attempts to get a hot sub here. 1st night got there at 8 and they said they turn the grills off 30 mins before closing but they don't close at 830 so the grill should have been on right! 2nd attempt walked in and before we could order the girl said no hot subs cause they had a grill full of bacon that would take 30 mins to cook. Whoever the owner is need to have a training class or just shut it down. read more

The sandwiches were as good as I've had from other Jersey Mikes shops but I could not use my reward points to make a purchase and while our sandwiches were being made, another customer was unhappy with her order so the staff jumped to assist her and we were left hanging. read more

Stopped in for the first time while getting my car window repaired nearby. Service was very fast, helpful and extremely inviting. I sat and ate my lunch and 1 by 1 as someone new came in to order, they were treated as if they were family; that's just something you can't teach in this industry. Philly cheesesteak by the way was delicious! If It wasn't so far from me I would be back for sure! Highly recommended to anyone looking for an amazing lunch read more

The staff was nice but seem understaffed. The cooler in the front was disgusting. Meat and cheese topped on top of each other, nothing wrapped, bottom beyond nasty. I'd hate to see what the back looks like. Yuck. Pass. read more

Awful they left my order on the porch without notifying me and it was soggy from not knowing it had been delivered for 45 min will not be using your service again. read more

Tired this Mikes again...it's been forever because food was always bad. Got the philly tonight and the meat was just cooked terrible. It was lumped together and hard. Some pieces had a hint of red in the middle..this was a first for me. Order the one with extra cheese, I think they maybe put a half of a slice on it. I guess I'll have to continue to get my philly cheesesteaks fixes else where. read more

JM is usually great and haven't had a bad experience before but today I ordered from this location and it gave me food poisoning. I will not be returning to this location read more

This past Wednesday and Thursday Jersey Mike's was doing a promotion that saved the customer using Doordash money on their order. Using Doordash on Thursday I put the promotion code in and it said promotion not available! I found out that Jersey Mike's canceled the promotion on Thursday which I'm sure upset a lot of customers. I know it did me!!! We won't be ordering from Jersey Mike's again!! This is just bad business!! read more

Got the #17 for my husband, certainly, not the 1st time. He was surprised that the meat was less than usual, and commented that "I guess they have to cut corners, in this economy". Maybe, make the giant sub roll smaller. read more

The staff is super helpful. Their upbeat demeanor is really welcoming! They are great with suggestions and even got a simple "white bread girl" like myself to try the Rosemary Parmesan bread. I loved it! I look forward to trying their next suggestion on my next visit! read more

Best sandwiches in concord recommend highly. I have my favorites. They are quick and accurate. Very friendly.

I went into Jersey Mike's today craving a #5. The quality is always very consistent at this location. My food was very good today. The employees were very nice. The restaurant was very clean- even the restroom. I always drop a tip in the tip bucket. The cookies at the register are good. It is great to have a restaurant near-by that is consistently good. read more

One of the best cheesesteaks I've had since leaving NJ. Employees friendly and efficient. Thank you!

The subs were very good. As expected. But waiting 15 minutes for a hot sub when there was only 1 hot order ahead of us? Crazy. Will go to the Harrisburg or Afton location next time. Food was good, just do not go if you like speed. read more

Ordered a giant #56 with extra meat for my lunch at work which is at 4am, so it was a few hours before I even looked at or eat the sub. It comes time for my lunch and it's a regular giant, didn't get the extra meat I paid for! I even asked the kid who made the sub before I left because it felt a little lite if it was extra meat, he said yes. Well it wasn't so I paid $18 and some change for a regular.. WTF Jersey Mike's if a customer wants a giant w/ extra meat and pays for it you better make it! read more

Enjoyed an online order and the service was fast & friendly! Delicious & fresh ingredients. Order accuracy was on point. Didn't even mind driving to this location after first going to another location for pick-up by mistake. Do wish the subs weren't priced quite so high, but I have no complaints about their quality! Thanks for a yummy dinner! read more

Subs are always good. The amount of meat is hit or miss. Some days you get a good amount and others not so much. All around good experience though. read more

The restaurant's Apple Pay device doesn't work. The employees know about it and management doesn't do anything to fix it. I have eaten there at least twice in the last couple of weeks and every time I tried to Apple Pay it doesn't work. If they are not going to do anything to fix it why have the device and advertise that they have that feature? read more

Stopped by this location today for dinner while in town. Not busy yet as it was an early dinner for me. Service was good. They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I'm a frequent JM customer and the food here was good, which is consistent with other locations I've been to. Store was clean. It's five minutes away from where I usually stay, so I'll be back on return trips when in the area. read more
