Stopped by here today for a sub. I've never been here before. Upon entering, we were greeted by a young lady! Shortly thereafter, our order was taken and sandwiches were made to order. My subs have always been correct and delicious! If I order pickup my order is accurate and the staff are friendly. If I have it delivered the food is always correct. Out of all the faster food restaurants (not fast food restaurants, this is not McDone sat on all the burgers and donald, or Wen dey gunna get off all the salts or Burger cringe) MY FOOD IS ALWAYS RIGHT AT JERSEYMIKES! I'd give negative stars for this location if possible. Always under staffed. Always slow! I made an online order for 2 sandwiches and waited for over 35 mins after it was supposed to be ready. Then after checking with the cashier again she didn't do anything to expedite the process so I asked for a refund. They tried to refund me for only one sandwich, I told them I had two and it was another wait to get that refunded. AWFUL!! I love jersey mike's but this location will never get a dime from me again. Disappointing. I assumed the individual waiting on me was the manager and needless to say, he was not friendly. I felt I was being intrusive attempting to place my order. Okay, I get it... mask are not required even when making my food. No eye contact, I had to ask if he heard my order because there was no acknowledgement. Im glad I was there for the making of my order so I did not receive the bread that was sitting there on the counter. As he was finishing my hot subs, I asked for my regular to be cut in half.... I received a comment ." We do not cut them in half. I spent $38.00 for one giant and two regulars. The teenagers that added my condiments and received my money was better mannered . The food is good. However the store itself is disgusting. It looks like it has not been cleaned in years and judging from the previous reviews I think that's a fair assessment. Bathrooms are disgusting. Floors are coated in grime throughout the store. Staff is friendlish but also stand-offish. Probably the worst Jersey Mikes I've ever been in. read more

(Keep in mind that I have enough time in line to write this review) Where do I begin? After taking my order I have been waiting in line for at least 10 minutes and haven't even gotten to the register yet. As I'm observing the employees (and even the manager) there is just so much confusion and no sense of urgency. The communication skills of the employees are hard to listen to. I literally had my hand over my mouth because they were trying to figure out who had which sandwich, which I figured out before they did, and I fought the urge to interrupt and explain who had which sandwich. It has been literally 15 minutes+ now and I haven't even gotten to the register yet. I used to work at a Jersey Mike's in California and this store's functionality is close to nonexistent. When I arrived, there were four people working the counter and one person on the grill. The person slicing meat and taking orders had his hat on sideways. There were three people in line with subs in various stages of completion. After about five minutes, sideways hat man asked the customer in front of me what he wanted, and the customer stated he wanted a #9 giant on white. Sideways began slicing meat and placing it on a roll. As I continued to wait my turn and examine the menu, trying to decide if I wanted to change my regular #13 giant to a #9 giant, another customer walked in and got in line behind me. Sideways looked past me like I was invisible and asked the customer standing behind me what he wanted. The new customer stated he wanted a #13 mini. Sideways then began preparing the mini Italian for the customer in line behind me. I texted my wife and told her the staff at Jersey Mike's was being rude and asked her if she would prefer something different for lunch. With so many choices - Jimmy John's and Firehouse Subs just up the street - I didn't see any reason to tolerate the disrespect the staff at Jersey Mike's was projecting towards me. My wife suggested another restaurant, so I left. I have been purchasing subs at Jersey Mike's once or twice a week, but I see no reason to go back to this restaurant in the future. My food was poorly made my sandwiches were wet. I asked for light Mayo on one sandwich and it was smothered in Mayo you could see the Mayo on my fingers. I took one bite and was sick to my stomach. Besides being tasty, consistent, and very satisfying, I discovered they use local produce. I asked how their tomatoes were always so red (competitors are anemic looking). They pointed across the street to the farmers market on Clemson. Another thing I like about JM, the bread they use is so very tasty. It is hearty, not sweet, and has a tougher crust and a softer inside. Finally, they are not skimpy on the toppings; they pile them on. One more... for those who don't want bread, they'll make a sub in a plastic container. Kudos Jersey Mike's! read more

DON'T go here! Ordered subs for pickup yesterday. Husbands sub was incorrect and daughters sub was so gross she couldn't eat it. I had ordered a Turkey sandwich and only ate about half because it didn't taste right. About an hour after eating I became severely nauseous and sick. 24 hours later, I'm still sick. I wish I read the reviews before visiting. First of all, the store was dirty. There was old bread all over the counter. They stood around talking for several minutes before even taking my order. One employee was leaning on the counter while playing on her phone. The employee who fixed my sub placed my bread on the bare counter that she had just sprayed with chemicals. Went in to store ordered 2 subs and 1 salad. I can say the subs had a bit of add on items. I paid went home and was about to eat and both subs were wrong. So I went back to get remakes. When I get there the cook possible manager wasn't happy I said both of my subs were wrong immediately went to saying he made them right. Went to check the computer to verify. Then when he realizes it was an in store order not an online order he has someone take the order and walks to the back. While they are remaking it he keeps saying make sure it's on top so they can see it. Then one of the employees comes over to him just talking and I over hear them saying he made it right and some stuff along the lines of it's bs and such. This was my first time at this location: 2/28/2018 11:20am - 11:50am. I AM THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE. I ordered my food and told the guy I'm getting chips and drink as well. He said they would ring that up at the register. Two other female workers were there as well. I waited about 5 minutes, then went to the rest room. When I came back the manager is making small talk with a customer she knows, and I said, "Ma'am, Will you had me a drink cup?" She said, "I have to ring you up first". Under new ownership. They used to have bad service and managed to get worse. No white bread, meatballs were literally hard as a rock, still so slow. Tried to give them another chance, but this location has let us down for the final Update- 2-14 Wife really wanted Jersey Mike's so we tried it again. Walk in and are told "we're out of bread". It's 5 o'clock how can a sub place be out of bread?! Turns out they had a few giant subs only and wouldn't let us just cut one in half and make two sandwiches. Ordered online with a pick up time of 734pm. Arrived at 734pm. 2 online customers waiting and a full line of customers ordering. 2 people working, both working only with the walk up customers. Waited 10 minutes and then asked about the status of my order. Was told "We are really busy." I said I understand and asked if she could estimate when my order would be ready. He answer was "I really have no idea." No one was currently working on any of the online orders. At the same time, she was explaining to a walk up customer that they had no fresh bread. I love this place, I really do, but your music is WAY TOO LOUD. This isn't a random thing. Every. Single. Time. I go in this place the music is blaring. I literally have a hard time having a conversation with someone because we can't hear each other. I can't come in here on my lunch break and be on the phone because the music is too loud. I walk in here and I'm not sure if I'm walking into a Jersey Mikes, night club or an Abercrombie & Fitch. PLEASE turn it down, guys. I love music as much as the next person, but this is ridiculous. Had the Italian special. Great sandwich. Lots of meat, cheese and the toppings were piled on. This will be my place for sub sandwiches.

Terrible experience. All other negative reviews are accurate as to the experience I had this evening. From bad attitudes of the employees to filth of the store - the tone was set. Once receiving our hot sub and wrap, the quality rating I would give it is a 1 out of 5. The sub was gross and not prepared like I've had at any other JM store. The wrap was soggy and mush. I still ate my sandwich but my wife threw the wrap away because it fell apart and greasy. read more

I have eaten at this location about 12 times over the last two months (and yes, I'm on a Jersey Mike's kick!). I have found the food to be delicious and prepared consistently well. I am a fan of the #13, which is the original Italian. It's packed with freshly sliced meat and veggies. My wife often gets the turkey wrap. We have also tried the Philly cheese steak, which is cooked to order on a grill. Very good! I am really impressed with how this place is managed. They really hustle to get the orders out, and always say thank you. One of the managers is named Shaun and he knows how to treat customers! I might also signed up for their "mikes club" card, and it gets me a free sandwich for every 5 or 6 I pay for. Not bad! Price is fair but not cheap. I usually get a combo (regular sandwich, large drink, and chip), my wife just gets the sandwich, and it totals around $18 bucks. Definitely wont keep me from returning. I take my daughter lunch almost every week. She goes to school at Summit, which is across the street. Her lunch starts at 10:27, Jersey Mike's opens at 10:00. There hasn't been a time that I haven't came into this place to be told they are running behind, they have a large order so they are running behind or they didn't receive a shipment of meat. Great people, great food, but very poor management of workers. Very very frustrating as I sit here and watch the clock inch towards 10:27 with no food! read more

I had the grilled buffalo chicken wrap. I changed it up a bit, putting it on the tomato basil wrap and getting ranch instead of blue cheese dressing. As long as you like a bit of spice - you'll love this wrap. It was delicious! They were really busy today, especially considering it was mid afternoon. That being said, they were pleasant, efficient, and friendly. I had to wait longer than I normally do for a sub sandwich, but I never felt like that was due to laziness on the part of the staff. As I sat and ate, I watch one of the employees clean the few empty tables around me. Nice to see, plus it was nice to see him wipe down the bench seats and chairs as well.
