So I did get the Brisket, and I also decided on a 1/2# of the Pulled Pork instead of the Ribs. I was underwhelmed with the Brisket, it was dry. Went back inside for some vinegar based sauce, the gentleman provided me some in a small cup. Although the sauce certainly did help flavor the Brisket, it was extremely spicy. BBQ, IMO, should not be spicy. The Pulled Pork was very good though, fresh & flavorful. I suspect that the Brisket was old, from yesterday, based on the lack of flavor compared to the fresh Pulled Pork (and that I had walked in just after Royster's had opened for business this morning). The Pitmaster knows what he is doing, he was just trying to cut corners. I've had plenty of BBQ when I lived in the South, the Pulled Pork was a good as any I had when I lived down there. There shouldn't be that much disparity between the quality of the meats. Disappointing, because it's hard to find real Q North of Mason-Dixon line. Inconsistent makes me ponder on whether I want to come back again a 2nd time. Maybe, maybe not. Now I'm indecisive, not good. So for now, I have to give Royster's BBQ Company in Cheshire a weak 3 Star rating. If I'm in the area and get a chance to drop in again, I'll post an update.

Tried to order online and it was super confusing. $10 extra for spare ribs FYI on the meat combo. We ended up calling because it didn't specify that on the website and we weren't sure. When calling he didn't give us a total so it was in fact $10 extra for that so that was a surprise picking up. $70 for 3 combo meals. Pretty pricey. They give you a nice "tray" to take your food so that was nice. Atmosphere a bit odd. I'm in food service...so it was a bit gross that the owner was pouring bbq sauce from a large vat into small bottles right by the front where your customers are walking in (should be done in the back) and I believe there was a dog bed on the floor. Ok onto the food. My mom's spare ribs were red. Definitely not cooked enough. She was worried she could get sick. She called and he said that's how they are supposed to be cooked but she ended up throwing them out. The sides were unfortunately not good either. Mushrooms and mashed potatoes overpowering smoke flavor and very salty. Pulled pork ok. Bbq sauce not very good either. Mac and cheese lacked flavor.

Wright Way is small and more functional than nice, but there is some cool branding and the place has a very friendly vibe. I'm the only person who dined in, but while I was there, there were a number of people there for takeout orders. The Wright Team was very kind and accommodating while I there. I ordered a Fungi Burger, which was a double beef smash burger, grilled onions, sautéed shrooms, garlic sauce and Swiss Cheese on a standard bun. The smash burgers were not cooked to the point of char. For a double smash burger, it didn't look particularly big, but each of the components was very good. And the burger was better than the sum of its parts. The fries were good too. I also ordered a Small Wings, with dry rub and BBQ Sauce, and Alabama Sauce (a white sauce) on the side. We must have had a misunderstanding about the sauces, because they came with dry rub and all sauces on the side. Not a big deal. I sauced the wings at the table. The wings are smoked, but there wasn't a strong smoke flavor. They had the texture of smoked wings, but the outer texture was still good too. The meat wasn't dry at all. The Wright Way was nice enough to accommodate all my crazy sauce requests. Blue Cheese or Ranch. I tried both, and I'm going to tell you that a side of Alabama White Sauce is the way to go. A nice bit of horseradish. Very flavorful. I can definitely see returning even though I don't live in the area. If you live nearby, you should definitely visit and start exploring the Burgers, Sandwiches, Wings, Breakfast Sandwiches, etc. 4.5 Stars

I ordered it medium rare but it came out rather well done, not pink at all. This seems to happen almost everywhere and the reason I usually don't get burgers out anymore. However, the burger was hand pressed and full of flavor. Good, but not great. Their sweet potato fries are really good though. My husband had "It's a Wrap" and is still talking in about it the next day. He wasn't sure what exactly made it so great, but he did really enjoy it. My daughter had the turkey panini and really liked it. My husband and I each had 2 drinks and for 4 meals, it was $125 plus the tip. Seemed mid-range. The atmosphere is your typical corner bar. It is a little tight. My daughter kept getting bumped into by some drunk guy but we were able to move the table. We like places like this, unpretentious with good food and good drinks. I was able to try a bourbon I had never heard of. I like that they have a bourbon of the day. We'll definitely be back.

I loved how inviting the dim environment with all their glowy lights was. I sat at the bar where this sweet bartender Liz helped me select a drink off of their extensive, delicious, looking creative menu. I started off with the cucumber gimlet given I needed something refreshing after running 3 miles. All the drinks were divine. The salad was perfect. I got my dressing on the side as well as their sweet citrus on the side but they know their stuff bc the cider vinegarette couldn't have paired better . I just say, and I feel this is most important other than the patient and menu guidance via Liz, this dirty pickle martini (which is subbed with gin) was the besttt martini I've EVERRRRRR had in my life. They make their own pickle juice here in house to mimic grillos pickles as much as possible. They are spot on, if not even better. I love this place. Everything about it is great, ambiance, staff, vibes, and most importantly their menu and the taste of their items in their menu. DIVINE. I will be back, maybe endlessly whenever I can .
