This is a new Jersey Mike's in the Riverbend shopping area across from Walmart off Mt Holly-Huntersville Rd. They have only been open for a week. Very clean and nice bright lighting. It's located between Chicken Salad Chic and The Joint Chiropractor. Customer service was great! The young lady on the slicer was very pleasant and she must be the Manager because she was running things and multi tasking. I think they are still training the employees on the POS system and that's fine. I think after a few more weeks this place will be very efficient. There was a nice crowd in there already, but once the word gets out on this side of town that they are open, they will get super busy. Building from outside looks small but there was ample seating and a nice size kitchen where you can actually see the Cook place your food on the grill for any chicken or cheesesteaks ordered. I like that! I'll be back. Grabbed my birthday sub just now! Sign up for Shore Points rewards so you can get your free sub and drink too on your birthday and when you collect points. read more

This Jersey Mike's impress me. Order ahead online and was across the street at Harris Teeter. Got there in less than 10 minutes and the sub was done. The app said it will be another 10 minutes. Got a BLT. The bread was nice and soft and the seasoning was spot on. Friendly staff. read more

I just threw away the majority of my sub. Ordered the #56 and it was so tasteless nor was it made correctly. Service was on point and I was in and out and although this location is really convenient I think it's width traveling a little further for better tasting food. read more

It is a hit an miss on this restaurant. It depends on the staff for that day. I tend to order from Kersey mikes a lot for this reason. Orders are made wrong most of the time. read more

Worst Jersey Mikes ever. The employees that work here must be absolutely miserable judging by their attitudes and just general overall incompetence. Let's start by learning what "Mikes Way" means. Drive an extra 20 mins to JM's in Denver, NC for exceptional customer service and much more pleasant experience. read more

This is the first time I have been to this Jersey Mike's and I ordered online. My order went through and charged my card, but when I went into the store, my app refreshed and was asking for my card information again. I told the people about it upfront and they refused to give me my order even though I showed them that it had charged my card. They kept saying that it was something wrong with my card. But obviously, if it was something wrong with my card, then my card would have never went through. I showed them my bank statements of my charged card. And they continue to say that it was something wrong with my card. So we had to re-buy our order all over again. and now I'm gonna have to call the bank to dispute the charge. I will never come back to this Jersey Mike's. Should've looked at the reviews before coming here cause they right the customer service ain't it! read more

They were out of Chicken salad and said it would take 15 minutes to make more at dinner time! I asked for a refund and won't be back!!!

Excellent. Bread was awesome. Just the right amount of condiments. Maybe the best I have had from the Riverbend JMs!

I should have looked at the reviews before going here. Exactly what everyone is saying, AWFUL customer service. The employees had attitudes & the sandwichs ordered were both regular, but one was way smaller, like the mini size. Very disappointing & will not be returning. Jimmy John's is better, per usual. read more

Really rude staff. I'm not one to write bad reviews but man, these staff members are just rude and disrespectful. I work in customer service so I know it can be hard to be nice sometimes but holy cow. I just went in to pick up a to go order which I saw was done and sitting behind the counter. I just stood there I didn't say anything and after 7 minutes an employee walks over with trays in hand and throws them on the table, it makes a loud sound. She goes "what's the name" and rolls her eyes at me. I'm not trying to be disrespectful but I didn't do anything at all i just stood there and said my name when she asked. It was not a good experience. read more

When I say I am disgusted this was the worst. I as you can see ate half of the sandwich when I looked at the end only to find tiny hairs and what appears to be a dead bug on my sandwich. I contacted the restaurant only for the manager to be so nonchalant and seemed annoyed that she either had to make me a new sandwich and when I requested to get a refund she did it but seemed as though it was a problem. I will also be contacting the health department and corporate to make sure this doesn't happen again. I frequent this establishment with my young family and I'm furious that this happened. Do better Jersey Mikes! read more

Contactless? Hardly.....I watched the 1" long nails of the girl making my sandwiches break through the glove she was using. During the payment (thankfully after my sandwiches were done), after she took off her gloves, I watched her scratch her eye and her nose within 1 minute. No one on the sandwich line was wearing masks either and this lack of attention to the proper use of protective gear has me staying away from this place. The fact that they were ridiculously slow and screwed up all 4 sandwiches in our order made things even worse. read more

Sandwich was good. Super Sub.. HOWEVER! ordered two subs. I was given one. My friend and I ordered subs on the same ticket. My friend ate his whole sub while I waited. And wondered why would his HOT Sun be ready before my cold sub? Well, the confused looking staff then asked me what sub I had???? Uhhh... look at the ticket! They looked baffled and began making my sub! They never even attempted before this. Then the cashier asked me what sub I had so that she could charge us again! I will never be back even though Sub was actually good. Management needs to retrain them! read more

First time having Jersey Mikes. Not sure what I was expecting but it was good. They slice the meats as you order but it was incredibly slow. Probably 30 minutes from in the door to our. It's also a bit pricey, $10 for a medium sub. Ouch! Won't be my first choice. read more

Terrible service. I ordered 2 sandwiches and they didn't call my name just M. Another lady quickly grab the sandwiches. Since her name also started with M. The lady only returned one of the sandwiches to the cashier, she tried to give me the sandwich the customer had already opened and touch. Then they didn't even fix my sandwiches. Had to request a refund since I had already been there waiting 30 minutes. read more

Service here sucks. Ordered online and went to pick up the order. I was never acknowledged by any of the 4 or 5 staff members working. Another customer came in after me and was acknowledged and helped while I stood at the pick up line waiting to be helped. I will not continue to patronize a place where the service sucks and employees discriminate between which customers they want to help and which ones they choose to ignore. It is a shame that ownership and management allows crappy, discriminatory service. With plenty of other choices, I won't be supporting these discriminatory pigs anymore. read more

I have given this location second and third chances but it is flat out awful. Not once have they gotten my order correct, they are so slow and flat out rude. Tonight, one of the workers had a friend come in and they spent 5 minutes talking and then she proceeded to make him a sandwich while I stood there and waited to be helped. When you ask for a sandwich "mikes way" you shouldn't have to tell them what to add on the sandwich. I asked for no onions TWICE on a sub and they still put onions on it. Out right ignoring what the customer is asking for. I shouldn't have to wait 23 minutes for a sub to be made and handed to me. These workers either need to be trained better, taught what customer service entails or replaced. Never coming back to this location again. read more

Very disappointing. Ordered online messed up order at 820! Contacted them 10 minutes before closing when we realized mistake we live 5 mins away would not help us out and was rude. Owner is very nice however when he isn't there beware they don't make effort to fix. Everyone makes mistakes we all do our best but how you help afterwords to make it right is key. Was rude to my wife and then was rude to me. Will consider other options going forward. read more

I placed an order via Uber eats, only for the Uber driver to call me and say that they establishment had not received my order. But the Uber driver received a notification about it, I received a notification that my order was placed and the money was deducted from my account. So it seems as if the only issue was on the side of jersey mike. After waiting for several moments trying to contact Uber which is nearly impossible, my order is mysteriously canceled. How can you cancel an order that you are saying you've never received? read more

This location will not win any efficiency awards. Lunch hour on a Saturday and there was no teamwork, everyone moved slowly, and they spent more time cleaning than preparing sandwiches. Two hid in the back. The one at the register stood there waiting to ring up no one while 8+ parties waited for their lunches. Thankful there were no more bread crumbs on the counter, but we waited 20 mins for 3 sandwiches. read more

Worst service, I will never eat here again. 1. Customer service is terrible, workers ignore you and act like their doing you a favor by serving you. 2. Sandwiches made incorrectly, 3. Pricing is way to much for a 7" sub. The Harris teeter store behind them makes a better sub 12" anything you want for $7.99. read more

Jersey Mikes newly opened in our area and wow - fantastic establishment. The owner is there working the sandwich line himself and all of the staff is very well trained despite them opening just three weeks ago. The inside is clean, modern and one of the cooler-newer insides I've seen of a Jersey Mike's. They're quick to get through the line without compromising quality. Props to the owner! Stop in and get the Mikes Famous Philly #17, you won't be disappointed! read more

Love this new location! The people working were super friendly and incredibly accommodating. We'll be back for sure.

Hey. Make sure you double and triple check, how your food is being prepped here. They put lettuce and tomato and mayo on a Philly...... Ew.

Food is always good but the service was horrible. 12 minutes for a regular 17 to come out. Also looked like off clock employees came in and started making their own sandwiches which slowed everything down. read more

I have been here a few times and the service is still slow. Never really ready for a crowd but even when there are not a lot of people in the store. Understand they are new but they have been open long enough to have some sense of urgency when helping customers. read more

The service isn't the best. I have only been to this and the Huntersville location and I prefer the Huntersville store even though it's smaller and in a 100 year old building. This locations food was fresh, they have a good selection of drinks and chips but they do not have the signature JM Chicken Salad. I haven't been back since my first time. read more

When my family and I arrived, there were 4 people working. Nobody acknowledged us when we walked in. The girl working the registered actually looked at us and continued ignoring us. We stood there a few minutes and finally a young man took our order and turned around and began talking to the other girls working. At this time, we were the only other customers in the store and NOBODY made eye contact with us notr were they in any hurry to prepare the 4 sandwiches that we ordered. The counters were dirty and at that point, we decided to cancel our order (since nobody was preparing it anyway). We left and actually went to a different Jersey Mike's a few miles away where we were greeted when we walked in and it was clean. read more

Thanks so much for making such a beautiful lunch for me to feed Huntersville PD. Always great friendly service. Clean and well run store. Orders always perfect. Fantastic variety. Great fresh sandwiches. Good value compared to other sandwich shops. Highly recommended. Thanks Sandy! read more

I placed an online order through Jersey Mike's Mobile app. I stated the extact instructions on how I wanted each item made. My order was messed up. I specially ordered my food a certain way as to one I'm allergic to chocolate. I called the business back to let them know the order was incorrect. I spoke with the manager / partner named Thomas Miller. In which he was very rude and nasty about the situation. He also yelled at me and stated he was the owner and partner of this business because he put $100,000.00 into it to become partner. I advised that's very unprofessional and I would like to speak with someone over him or there contact information because this behavior is very unacceptable to yell and use irate tones of voice with a customer. This manager was extremely nasty and very unprofessional. All I tried to do is let them know they made my order wrong and could have possible harmed me with the chocolate chip cookies because I'm allergic. read more

Slowest Jersey Mike's Subs I have ever been to. Repeatedly SLOW service. How long does it take to make a sandwich?! Not to mention being greeted with a side of rude behavior. Very disappointed. Next time I will drive an extra 15 minutes to avoid this place. read more
