The meat was a little dry and there were a couple pieces of pepper mixed in with the onions when I asked for no peppers. Not a big deal, but not exactly what I wanted. I get lunch here every so often when I am working in Camphill. Its an easy walk from our office and I love that they have an app that I can easily order and pay. Once I get there the food is sitting there waiting for me. Another good thing about the app is that you do earn points for free food. I've also gotten some bonus offers or double points that didn't require a previous purchase and that's always fun. I get the same thing every time - the chicken big kahuna which is a chicken cheesesteak with onions, peppers, mushrooms, and jalapenos. It's really yummy and filling but its juicy so I normally just get it in a tub but the last time I tried it in a wrap and that was really good - just messy. I hesitate to get it in bread because its so juicy that I am afraid the bread would get soggy and there's nothing worse than soggy bread. I hear their bread is good so I think I'll break my pattern and try a cold sub just to get a taste of their bread. The only downfall in my opinion is that it's a little pricey. I mean they're good but it's no pizza shop sub which you can easily get for under $7. Plus there are no sides. Just chips. Absolute incompetence in processing basic orders. Moving from the Jersey shore we would frequent our Brick and Point Pleasant (original one) locations often. On occasion the one in Manasquan too. Maybe in 12 years had two or three minor order errors between the 3 locations. Ordered delivery and unfortunately the Camp Hill location is the closest. The past 3 orders all had mistakes. I request no cheese and extra pickles mayo on an Italian. It's comes with cheese no pickles and no mayo. Twice we have asked for red wine vinegar on the side and once we got nothing and the other olive oil on the side. Just now we placed an order that involves a giant buffalo chicken cheesesteak. I get a steak sandwich with cheese and buffalo sauce. I try calling twice and you get a voicemail that instructs you to not leave any messages about orders. I mean come on get it together. Do yourself a favor if the Mechanicsburg store is not your delivery store go pick it up because this store's employees apparently have problems reading orders form the app. Go look at my other reviews and you can see I don't leave many bad reviews. read more

I've run to pick up food on my lunch break twice now and the staff has been nothing but friendly and the food has been great. Due to a malfunction through Door Dash my order was sitting at the restaurant with nobody to pick it up. I ran over and picked up the food and they let me know about the Door Dash error and told me to reach out to Door Dash for a full refund and my meal was free. It was really great to have something nice happen out of what would usually be a frustrating situation. Myself and my coworkers love this place! We tried the Camp Hill location. My wife picked up our order and said everyone was nice and the place looked clean. When we unwrapped our subs they looked promising, nicely sized, fresh roll, but then it's the same problem as any chain place or lower tier pizzeria, they use cheap, rubbery meats, and minimal amounts of cheese. The turkey in mine was so unappealing I took it all out after a few tries. Also a bit skimpy with the lettuce and tomatoes. Ask most people what counts the most on a good sub and they will say the roll, but that doesn't mean that's the only thing that counts. Disappointing. read more

When I went in originally I was expecting good service, however what I received was far from that. My sandwich was made poorly, the worker that rang me up he said his name was Erick charged me for three extra subs and was rude when I kindly told him he charged me.
