I placed a delivery order this evening on the Jersey Mike's app. When I got the text that my driver was approaching, I went out and sat on the front porch. No food showed up but I got a text that my food was delivered and it included a picture of some other house. I immediately called the driver's phone number provided in the text, but he didn't speak any English and actually hung up on me. So I called the restaurant, but the phone just rang and rang and then disconnected. Called a few more times and then decided to drive the 15 minutes to the restaurant. And I kept redialing their number the whole way there. Never once got answered live or even by voicemail. I arrived at the store and gave a summary of the situation and asked for a refund. I was pleased when they immediately provided a refund, but only now (three hours later) noticed that it was not a full refund. They DEDUCTED the tip I had included in the order from my refund. This adds incredible insult to the injury! So I am responsible to pay a tip to a driver who never showed up? Oh, and their phone? Yeah, they had the ringer turned off. Lastly, now that I have seen this restaurant in person, I won't be ordering from this location anymore. I'm a big fan of Jersey Mike's, but this store was filthy for a food service establishment. Uh.....YUM!! So unfortunately, I gobbled up my sub before taking pictures because I simply couldn't wait to dig in but still, here are my thoughts: FOOD: After an indecisive 5 minutes, I ended up choosing the regular sized Italian sub. It was cut in half and enough for two people. The sub was filled with thinly sliced meats like ham, prosciutto, pepperoni, salami and so forth. It also came with provolone and I got it topped "Mike's way" with lettuce, tomato, onion, and oil and vinegar (plus a little mayo and pickles). My oh my was it delicious!! Exactly the taste I remember from eating at random events where Jersey Mike's catered. PRICE & SERVICE: Staff is friendly and helpful if you're indecisive like me. The prices of sandwiches fall anywhere between $6ish to $18ish, depending on the size of the sub. You can get a small (enough for one), regular (enough for two) or a giant (enough for.....two very hungry people?? lol). AMBIANCE: Small shop in a busy plaza (next to Chipotle and Starbucks). Clean establishment with employees wearing their masks. You go up to the counter and everything is prepared quickly right in front of you. FYI: Their menu is compromised of mainly two sides: a cold cuts side and a cheese steak side. On the cold cuts side, you have all the basics, that is ham and cheese, turkey and cheese, tuna and cheese, etc. You even have a roast beef option. On the cheese steak side, well you have the option of chicken or beef with or without as many peppers, onions and cheese as you want. A few impatient customers were calling out staff and it was disgusting. There were four workers today who you could tell were doing their best and doing everything they could to give their best possible service to everyone and I appreciated how calm and professional they were. My girlfriend and I went in today for subs and the manager I assume, his name Josh, looked at us and said "I have to ask, why are you wearing masks?" Interesting question considering what's happening in the world and that we are in a place where food is being handled and served, yet we are judged for trying to remain safe for ourselves and others? Meanwhile an older woman came in behind us wearing a mask, curious if he asked her the same question. He then yelled at us as we were leaving "Stay safe, keep wearing your half masks." I downloaded Yelp just to leave this review. In the kitchen industry, problems happen and problems with orders happen. I personally have never had a problem here. I'm allergic to Onions and Tomatoes, not dangerously but enough that I will not eat them. I've never had to disclose my allergy here because if it's ordered without tomatoes, my sandwich has no tomatoes. But really I installed this app just to share todays experience. I was in a ridiculous rush, having just gotten out of work and my ride driving around the parking lot to get a one year old baby back to sleep. I came in to ask the wait time on one sandwich, explaining my rush, and by the time my question was answered it was already on the grill. I was able to leave with a hot, delicious sandwich in less then 5 minutes from entering. The staff was ridiculously kind, one team member in particular aided in this speedy sandwich by recognizing me (as I come in regularly) and recalling the fact I never get tomatoes, which is a mark of care for ones profession. If you want to try Jersey Mikes but you've never been before, this is the one to try. (Plus, when I came the very first time with no idea what to do, staff was patient and kind in helping me understand) I just can't express enough how amazing this Jersey Mikes is! read more

I had really great expectations for JMs but was sadly disappointed by my first trip to this particular one. Why? Because, 1) the wait in line was unacceptably long, at least 25 minutes, due to online orders and phone orders, each of which delayed in-person orders by several minutes; 2) the vegetable options were limited to just a half dozen or so veggies; and 3) the food, for the price, is not worth the value. Who cares whether food is fresh or not when one is hungry like a horse (ever had leftovers)? And is waiting what seems like forever in a long line worth the price for a garden variety sub? I think not. Finally, don't expect a tip after growing frustrated by the delay, which ultimately is a reflection of management. Subway does a much better job of moving the lines, offers a gazillion more veggie options, and beats JM's prices hands down. My review is limited, however, to lunch time and this place because I've had better service at other JMs nationally. read more

While I love Jersey Mike's this on seems unsanitary. The person applying all the toppings to the sandwiches was wearing a mask on his chin leaving his mouth and nose uncovered. To late for the photo I'd hv given them a five star but they used a little to much oil on the subs. but they were still excellent ! First timer we used Uber eats and the first time getting Jersey mikes they used great quality meats and that means a lot to me in fact more than I can say being in the food biz my whole life I know good from bad this was the real deal !
