We knocked down a wall, moved all the plumbing, and even had some challenging exterior brick work from filling in a window and it looks great. Our before and after photos speak for themselves! We shopped around before choosing NJ Kitchens and Baths & now that everything is finished, we're confident we made the right choice. Everyone else made us feel as though it would be a job they would have to squeeze in or barely gave us the time of day. A few gave us price quotes that were so low we knew that we would end up with huge surprise costs at the end, or so high that we figured they just didn't want to bother. And in a truly efficient manner, all the questions I had were answered on a prerecorded message on the phone. But that's just a sliver of what they have to offer. Many kitchen utensils, large and small, knives, pots, pans, olive oils adorn the walls and the store itself. The prices are competive to other high end suppliers and you can look, feel and even try items before you buy them. She intuitively picked out materials that appealed to us, including the tile, countertops, custom cabinetry, and fixtures. Along with Brian, the estimator, she came up with an ingenious use of the existing small space for an expanded walk-in shower and vanity area. Zoriana created a CAD rendering of the project, so we were able to clearly visualize what it will look like. Monks met our budget, and we are excited to proceed with the job. Finally one of the two sales people was kind enough to show me the 2 pot fillers they had. As a consumer, I think this location needs a training in customer service. Sitting behind a desk and pointing is unacceptable. I did not purchase the pot filler it $600 plus tax, the one they had.

Their "designer" was completely incompetent and lacked any semblance of balance, creativity, or common sense. The planner who worked with her couldn't even do a simple linear calculation of the square footage of our back splash. We ended up buying more than twice as much tile as we needed. It cost us $800 dollars extra (returns not allowed) and Fauxcase refused to even address the issue. In addition,they don't seem to know the difference between stainless steel and polished nickel. Again, they would not admit to their mistakes. We ended up designing the kitchen ourselves and it is great. Their construction people all admired it. They do not work from 830 to 430 and do not schedule work for everyday. One day we were told that they were not coming because their driver was afraid of dogs! Of course, they knew that our dog was always on a different floor and gated. To be fair we were happy with their construction people. They did a good job. It is most of the people in the "office" who are incompetent and even, at times, nasty. Buyer beware; do not go there!!!
