In short: The only thing that was okay was the crust of the pizza - everything else about my dine-in visit was disappointing.
The long: The pizza itself was severely lacking any sort of herbs or spices or flavor at all. We had ordered a sausage and pepperoni. The sauce literally tasted like condensed tomato soup. Not a single herb or garlic or anything in there to give any flavor. The sausage also didn't have any seasonings or fennel seeds or anything in it - just plain old bland ground sausage, cooked. Kind of tasted a little old but sometimes plain pork just smells that way to me anyway so hard to tell. The only good thing was the crust. It is thinner but still substantial enough to be crunchy and not floppy, and had good flavor and texture.
The service for dine-in was also not great. They brought us our pizza but then we sat waiting for a few minutes for them to bring plates and forks, and finally had to go request some. Also there were not Parmesan cheese shakers out even though I saw other tables had some so we had to go request those at the front as well. We ran out of water in the water pitcher and nobody came to offer a refill so we had to go up and request that too.
The ambiance was very poor as well. Unless you like "truck stop" with no decorations, plain brown chairs at brown tables, bright fluorescent lights, a roll of paper towels on the table instead of even a napkin dispenser, and the only background noise whatever game is blaring from the TV on the wall...
Basically I don't plan on ever eating their pizza or stepping foot in this place ever again and wanted to let anyone else know what to expect so they don't have the same disappointment I do. read more
