This brisket mac & cheese will stick to your ribs and let the flavors shine rather than drowning the meat in sauce or forgetting to cook the macaroni well. The smashburgers were exceptional. The pub burger with mushrooms, caramelized onions, and that pretzel bun with perfectly melted cheese and bacon was tasty, but the pimento cheese smashburger with crispy onion straws was divine. I appreciated that they were actually smash burgers and not just a regular burger with a fancy name. The toppings added to the experience instead of just trying to hide a bad burger. Not pictured were some Oreo shakes and cocktails in addition to a great beer menu. They have a private party space where they can pump out their coal fired pizzas to a large group and they even have a kids zone with arcade games to keep them busy.
