Simon manned the front desk. The manager (Bobby) personally called me back one day after I left a voicemail asking if they were open. Great value for the money. They had customer specials from Mon -- Fri, including my favorite: 40% off on Thursday for ladies. They were also very efficient. They had numerous employees who thoroughly cleaned the inside of your car and applied whichever level of shine/wax you chose. I went there last week only to discover that The Ritz Auto Spa is no more... Previous staff is gone, and the new owners don't offer full service - just a drive through car wash.

They're no longer full service there--just exterior washes now, and you have to vacuum the interior yourself. They sent me to the Marlton location for full service. The Marlton location did honor my punch card, but that perk is gone now, and the Thursday ladies' discount dropped from 50% to 20% off. Worst of all, the quality of both the exterior and interior wash wasn't even close to what Ritz used to provide. Bottom line: I'll be looking for a new car wash. Wash Haus Hand Car Wash on Haddonfield-Berlin Rd recently opened and has great reviews so far, so I'll be trying them for my next wash.

He took the time to tell me all the services he offered and explained in detail. He is certified by Xpel and Optimum which sells Opti-coat. I ended up with a package that included Xpel Ultimate and Opti-coat Pro Plus. The whole process took 2 days. I live in philly. I dropped my car off and Ryan gave me a ride home. Then I took a train to lindenwold where he picked me up. The Xpel wrap is a clear film that protects against rock chips and is self healing. Ryan demonstrated it by scratching his car that had film on. Amazing stuff. He wrapped my full hood, full fender, side mirrors, front bumper and door edges. All these places are the most likely to get paint chips especially if you're on the highway a lot. He used pre-cut pieces from Xpel. Unfortunately Xpel did not include film for the lowest bumper trim on my car but Ryan made a custom piece for it. That is class on his part. He will hook you up with extras. Then he coated the car using opti-coat pro plus which is a 2 step coating of protection and gloss. He even coated my wheels. Dirt just comes off easily from a pressure wash and the water beading in insane. Of course he made sure the pain was corrected before doing all this. His service also includes a free first wash a few weeks later so that he could inspect the car and see if there needs a touch up. There's no such thing as a perfect job but this is as close to perfect. Ryan and his assistant Dan, are great guys. The price is very reasonable for the amount of detailing Ryan does. Ryan was also working on high end cars like corvettes, maseratis and Mercedes but he did not treat me like a 2nd class citizen.

After a brief description of what the product was that I wanted for my new car I decided to make a appointment to protect my new investment. I dropped my car off to him and as soon as he was finished I went back to pick it up and wow was I impressed. Since my first interaction with Ryan up to now he has been stellar. I will be taking my wife's car to him for some headlight buffing and a body wrap also. The one thing that keeps him above the rest is his integrity and accountability and those attributes are hard to come by........

And they seem to be open 7 days a week, as I dropped one car off on Sunday and there they were - working their butts off on some other smart customer's car. Quality: 2.5 - as you can see the attached image, this is it. I just wanted to generously ignore it, but their disappointing responsibility ended up for me to report it. In addition, I have a few dusts from the driver side. I got the tint job with all 4 windows with hatch and the 4 windows have different cut length from the edge of each windows - irregular. 2. Kindness: 5 - they were kind at the visit 3. After service: 1 - after a couple of months of tint job, my car started sounds rattling from each window which is pretty annoying and it got louder and more frequent. After visiting two dealerships, both of them were concluded that the sound is due to the quality of the tint job. One said they broke my B pillar part, and the other said thickness of the tint film causes the noise by harming the parts. I contacted them and they asked me to send the quotes for the fix, so I did as their request. I thought that they could reimburse or at least find a solution together, however, unfortunately, they started not to respond at all. The service guy said that the part was broken because they had to take the part off when tint jobs, but they said they did not (to me, it was obvious that they could have caused the noise because no one touched the car, but I wanted to trust them). Therefore, I asked them to contact the dealership and explain what they did so that I can fix my car under the vehicle warranty. They "Once" contacted to the service, and that was all that they tried for resolve this issue. They said that they tried to contact but there was no response from the dealership (from their email: Yes called a couple weeks ago. The he wasn't in. Who ever I talked to knew the car. I explained how we tint. And he left a message. I never heard back from them.). Just to things to be clear, I have never done any modification from the stock, and they only touched the vehicle. There was no tint at all when I purchased my car. I bought a vehicle (less then 1 year old CPO, 13K) from a dealership with stock condition - no mod at all. 4. Responsibility: 1 - they seemed to be responsible initially, where they asked me the price for fix as they might somewhat agree that they did something wrong. However, after I sent the quote, they started to deny their mistake and ended up not to respond at all. I cannot give even 1 for their responsibility.
