Dave, the office staff, and the repair team are incredibly friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and fair with pricing. They made the entire experience easy and stress-free. We originally found Dave when he was located in the Northeast because he was one of the few RV inspection locations within a reasonable distance. When we heard they were moving, we were worried we'd lose our go-to place--but thankfully they relocated to Churchville to a larger location with easier parking and the same exceptional service and great people. Finding a place that combines honesty, skill, customer service, and reasonable pricing isn't easy, but this team does it. Highly recommend giving them a try--you won't be disappointed!

This was a refreshing experience where a business really went above and beyond and did all they could to get us back on the road urgently. Would highly recommend These guys! I should've known it's a jeep. My jeep is a 2006 with 133,000 miles on it. I am the only owner. They found the rust, made a few phone calls, and had the rust repaired and welded PROPERLY all while I was traveling and did not need the vehicle for a few days. They also completed the inspection, tail lights, brakes and rotors, along with a few other minor repairs by the time I returned. My jeep runs great and smoother then it has in a while! Ron and Brian are super nice and you can tell they really care and not trying to "scam" you or upscale you like some other places I have been. I would highly recommend Auto Doctor! Thank You!

Mixed proficiency, at best I had a bad experience with them…read moreregarding an oil change. Long story short, my oil was was low, lower than it should have been for my mileage. (The resulting clacking sound could indicate engine damage.) They tried to blame it on my engine burning too much oil but this has never been the case with my former garage. The person I spoke with was condescending, not believing and not at all interested in the possibility that I could have a valid opinion. Won't go back. I said "mixed proficiency" because I'd gone to them once in the past and it was fine - that wasn't an oil change, however. I'm very glad I was able to go back to my former garage and that I have that experience for comparison. I would say that they are on the defensive about their work, also that they have a greedy mentality, charging for "loaner" cars. Customer value is number 1 and along with that, valuing what your customer has to say about their experience.

I always thought they did a good job on his car so I decided to get my auto repair work done there too. Murray's Auto Service has always done excellent work for me too. They explain what is wrong and what's involved in fixing it. When I pick up my car they will even go over everything and show me the parts if I want. They have always been nice to me and I have never had a problem with the mechanics, the work they did or what they charged. I never had to take my car back after a repair because something wasn't right. I feel safe when I drive away. There are people still taking there car repairs to Murray's that where there when my dad first started going there. I've met them dropping my car off. Everyone I've talked to feels the same as I do. Another thing I noticed was the vendors that supply them like the people that work at Murray's and I've even seen other local mechanics come to Murray's to use equipment or borrow a tool. I also saw they treat everyone the same. Doesn't matter if you are a long time customer or stopping by the first time. If you go there, they are in the rear of the building and it's best to turn on School Lane and enter the rear parking lot. I say that because there's a daycare place there and other businesses. If you enter from Main St and go back along the right side of the building it can have a lot going on. I hope this helps and you give them a try. Jeff and Al are the mechanics and Mary takes care of the office part of it. All good people.
