Ordered a plain hamburger no mayo. No katsup. No cheese. It came on bread, not a hamburger bun. They took it back and I got pickles, a ton of katsup , and ton a of mayo. The burger was dry and over cooked, as was my husbands. This was the second time that we ate at Jerry J's and had an inedible meal. We would NOT recommend this restaurant. I got dinner from here 2 nights ago. They gave me the wrong order and they said they really couldn't do anything even though they gave me the wrong thing. They repeated the order over the phone and they said everything corrected but I wound up getting the exact opposite on my sides. Service was amazing. Staff was sweet but the food just didn't meet the expectations I had, everyone I talked to said they had good food. Just wasn't to my expectations I had. Maybe I'll try again. read more

Food is ok...not as good as I expected but not horrible either. The raw ingredients seem to be on the cheaper side. I was disappointed that my "steak and eggs" turned out to be a square patty of something that resembled a McD's fish sandwich (only thinner). If the steak is country-fried, then state that...especially after I tell you I want my steak cooked "medium"...that is your #1 clue that we aren't on the same page. Walk in and order, they bring it to you. Servers were friendly and place was spotlessly clean. I loved my ham biscuit. Someone knows their biscuits. Breakfast sandwich had bland eggs. I wish it had coke instead of pepsi products. But the blueberry biscuit is to die for. So good. read more

After a 23 minute wait in the drive thru, our food was cold. I spent $25 on lunch for three people that wasn't fit to eat. No apology. When I questioned the long wait, the cashier said she "had it by herself" today. I realize restaurants are having staffing issues, but if you can't do better, maybe you should close!?! read more

Cat head biscuits. YUM. I've only had breakfast here and it was good. Only complaint is no tenderloin biscuit option. I live in Atlanta and even the city has that option. I was quite surprised and disappointed that this southern establishment didn't have this menu option. Back to the biscuits tho! Ham egg and cheese is great. So is the bacon egg and cheese. Very good prices and excellent service. I had the grilled chicken with mac and cheese and green beans. It was a chance we saw the place and was pleasantly surprised when we came in. We travel from Panama City, FL to Savannah, GA and this is a nice little stop on the way. read more

We stopped here on our way throughout Georgia. We ordered a plate with a chicken fried steak, a pork chop and 2 chicken tenders. My husband and I split it and were both full. Service is impressive and professional. Menu is affordable and varied. The food is outstanding in quality, quantity, and taste.

Jerry J's is not in the business of selling an excellent meal. It's obvious that they desire to run a clean business, but that's as far as it goes. I know there is a fine line between profit and loss in the food service business. Jerry J's seems to cut too many corners , or at least more than I'd expect to stay on the profit side. Their grilled pork chops are thinner than a breakfast cut. Last two visits at two different Jerry J's I have been surprised at less than acceptable quality food being served. Chicken sitting too long under a heat lamp or cooked two or three hours ago is obvious. Lukewarm to cold side vegetable dishes that are cold vice hot and freshly cooked is a turn-off. Fortunately for Jerry J's they seem to do breakfast the best, and their local competition is national chain burger joints. On a very positive note, thier wait staff and cashiers are excellent and always friendly. Facilities are well kept and clean. Pick up the quality of food served and Jerry J's could a a four to five easy. read more
