They do not call and follow up with you, you have to call them. The receptionist knows absolutely nothing so don't bother asking any questions she will just give you some bogus info. All I'm asking for is communication and the date my car will be ready. How hard is it to do that? I'm not asking much. I've used this place before and I'm not sure if they're under new management but I would not recommend this place to anyone anymore.

I cannot say enough good things about Alpha & Omega Dent Repair!…read more I recently needed some repair work done on the back end of my truck, and from the very beginning Roger and his family were absolutely amazing to work with. Like many people, buying a new truck right now is not something I want to take on, and honestly, I wasn't sure my truck would ever look quite the same again. Roger took the time to walk me through my options and even gave me suggestions that helped keep the cost down without sacrificing quality. The result? My truck, "Bambi," looks like the day I bought her! I couldn't be happier. Not only do I have my truck back looking beautiful, but I also don't have to take on a new car payment. That's a win in my book! This is a family-owned business, and it shows. Roger was kind, honest, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. His daughter was incredibly helpful throughout the process as well. The apple definitely doesn't fall far from the tree! As an added bonus, Roger's wife shares the office building with him and owns a flower shop. They are truly some of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. If you're looking for quality work, fair pricing, and genuinely good people, I highly recommend Alpha & Omega Dent Repair. They earned a customer and friend for life! -- Sheila (& Bambi )

I took it to Wrangler's after several recommendations. Boy, am I glad I did! It looks brand new again! I took it in on Monday and got it back on Friday morning, and this was during an ice storm week. They still went in and took care of my car. They charged me less than what the insurance paid, so they got a tip. I highly recommend Wranglers. I took it back in April and had them ceramic coat the whole car, interior, tires, wheels....everything. I am very pleased with that service as well. My husband worked at General Motors as a body shop supervisor and he sees every little imperfection and he can't find anything that's not "right" after the repair and ceramic.

Friendly, Trustworthy, and Great Pricing!…read more I took my car in to get a repair after having my left door scratched. They first walked me out to my car to get a better look at the damage and explained all the labor costs, the paint finishes, etc. I was about to go on vacation for a week and they graciously let my car stay in the shop while I was gone for two extra days after it was fixed. When I got there to pick it up they had vacuumed and polished the interior of my car! Not only was the quality of work amazing but the people that work there are so friendly and made me feel at ease. It can be hard being a single woman dealing with mechanics at times because sometimes they think they can take advantage of you. The pricing was fair and very detailed on what they were charging for. I highly recommend them! Will definitely return if I need anything else fixed.
