I walked into this location and thought it looked lovely. Staff was friendly and trendy, quite impressive. Given the high prices they charge and the ambiance of the salon, I had high expectations, Then Gabi cut my hair and Yani colored it. Both were the worse I have ever had. Not much to do to make hair longer and back to original, so just need time. Then Yani colored my hair. I have grey roots, so my roots are blond now, with light red low lights to softly blend. She gave me brown roots with blond highlights. I told her this was not what I requested, so she offered to fix it. I should have known better, but after paying 110 for a cut, and 200 for color (without blowdry) I returned the following day to fix the color. OMG. it was terrible. I couldn't see the back or sides while in the salon, and as soon as I walked outside into the sun, I looked like a pumpkin! maybe they thought it would do well for Halloween. I was speaking at a conference the next day, and over 10 people asked "wow, what happened to your hair"? and offered me the names of there stylist. I picked one, and everyone in the new salon could not believe how terrible a job this was. It cost me 200 to fix the color, and now just need to wait for my hair to grow out. The attached photo is dark, and doesn't show the orange very well, but trust me, it was orange! Not red. If you ever want to look like Bozo, this is the place. The salon that repaired the damage said I should ask for my money back, and this would be a first if i did. Very sad, because the staff is very nice, Yani was a lovely lady, and the salon looks charming. I wish them luck. read more

I went in about a month ago, I asked for highlights with a root shadow and a bright money piece, and I got nothing like the pictures I showed or what I asked for. I saw Yani. She did barely any balayage but didn't even touch the bottom half of my head, and i was charged over $400. Apart from that, the girl who curled my hair after the coloring seemed like it was her first time ever holding a curler. and the cherry on top was when I went to pay, one person said one number, then someone else butt in to tell me a higher number. Do not trust them. I am currently at a different salon getting it fixed. read more

Hair was ruined. Went in excited and Was totally let down. I ended up having to go to another salon and spend another 4 hours to let someone else ATTEMPT this mess. Everyone was in shock at the "work" that had been done. Diana the owner at the minimum refunded me what I paid for the "balayage". The time spent and money should've all been accounted for. I now have to spend double JUST to attempt a FIX, and not to mention the damage it's done having to process my hair now more than once. I would've been so thankful had Yani just told me she didn't think she could do it instead of sabotaging my hair and dealing with this. Photo is of yani's work. read more

I've gone to various salons throughout Palm Beach County, and have been just satisfied with the end result. Well.. I deff recommend this place for facials! Uslin is the best!! Been going to her for a year now and my skin has never looked better.... On the other hand. Going to this salon for a color I would not recommmend unless you want to pay $$ just to get it fixed somewhere else. From my experience, they are not educated and good at hair! I got blonde baylage and the placement and color was horrendous..... for $300. Even the shampoo wash wasn't done good and I'm not sure how you can't shampoo if youre a stylist?... read more

Every time I see my hair I get pissed all over again. Call it my fault, but I still think $110 is too much for this "luxury" experience. The appointment started weird when I was greeted by a poodle. It was sweet and well groomed, at least. I like dogs, but I feel like people should know a dog frequents this salon in case there is anyone with a fear. Stephanie washed my hair. The shampooing had almost no contact? Most places massage your scalp along with the shampoo. She then asked how I want my conditioner to be done? You're the professional. Not me. She also never heard of a shampoo brush which wouldn't be weird for like a person off the street but hair is her profession and they went viral like a year or so ago. She was very kind but it did not make me feel confident in her skills. Now the cut. Gabby was my hairdresser and the cut was so bad I went online afterwards to check that she is licensed(I don't remember it being displayed anywhere). I was instructed to wear the cape I was given "like a jacket" but this "jacket" didn't close in the front and I was not given a smock. I was covered in hair. It even went down my bra. I had to shower after to rid myself of hair. Nobody else had a smock over them either. I don't know how none of us said anything. Twilight zone behavior. Now Gabby and I discussed minimal natural looking layers. Thank god I stressed minimal because they do NOT look natural. I have a line in my hair where a layer ends. Yup. Ladder hair. Not what it looked like in the photo we agreed upon. "Why didn't you ask her to fix it then?" Well stranger, I'll tell you! The front of my hair looked great. She styled it and let me look at the front. Only the front. Then Gabby said "You can check out at the front desk." It felt abrupt and I thought something about the appointment was missing but I was following the script and paid $110 for my hair and added a tip. I arrived home and finally saw the back of my head. Gabby basically ran after my appointment. I think she knew she messed up. If she didn't, then she needs a refresher cosmetology course. I don't want my hair shorter than it is, so I have to wait until my hair grows long enough for me to go someplace else to fix this. I have to live with ladder rungs in my hair. Luckily I can mostly hide it in a ponytail. Buyer beware: you're probably better off at a Supercuts. At least Supercuts uses a smock. read more
