I took my Tesla Model S into Sherman Oaks Exclusive because I had a message on my dash dashboard that said "adaptive ride control unavailable". They claim to be Tesla experts. I left my car there for a few hours. When I came back, they told me that I needed the right front strut replaced as it was defective and that I should also replace the left one as when one strut is defective the other one will soon go bad and quoted me an excessive $7,000.00 After looking quite shocked and questioning the price, the service advisor Geo Fuerte told me that he could use aftermarket parts and that would cost me in the order of $4,000.00 I was shocked and took the car back. I took my car into Tesla repar in Santa Monica. Tesla kept the car for a couple of hours and repaired the car completely for $270.00. There was nothing defective with the struts. I'm shocked that these people, when I asked them why their labor was so high, which was about nineteen hundred dollars, they said they charge per job, not per hour which I don't believe is correct. I would not suggest any people going to their business to have any car repaired. I think they are dishonest or just don't know what they're doing

After ordering accessories for my 2026 GMC Acadia, I called four times in April for an installation quote and never received a callback. In August, I finally reached someone who quoted me $227 to install the front and rear mudflaps, side steps, and roof rack. Because the price seemed unusually low, I confirmed exactly what it included and asked for the quote in writing. I was told they could not provide that, but an internal note would be sent to the dealership. When my wife, two-year-old daughter, and I arrived, they initially could not locate the parts and then told me the labor would be approximately $2,300. After reviewing the recorded call, management claimed the $227 quote covered only the mudflaps and would not allow me to listen to the recording. I ultimately returned the parts. I'm not looking to tear down a business I've supported for years, but customers should be aware of this communication problem. Get every quote in writing before making the trip.

This review is for Edvard…read more The day my car was delivered, it already had problems. Since it was my first Mercedes, I had no idea who to call for help. I even called another Mercedes dealership, and they told me they couldn't help because I hadn't purchased my car from them. I can't even begin to describe how stressful and overwhelming that was. Thankfully, I found European Keys. From the very first phone call, they immediately put my mind at ease. Edvard became my service advisor, and from the first time I brought my car in, he took the time to listen to every concern I had. He genuinely cared and made sure all of the initial issues were repaired. Unfortunately, not long after, my car started having transmission problems. Every single time I brought it back, Edvard took care of me without hesitation. I had to bring the car in several times, and he always made sure everything was handled properly and that I was kept informed throughout the process. Finding someone who truly cares about their customers is rare, and Edvard went above and beyond every time. He turned an incredibly stressful experience into one where I felt supported and confident that my car was in the right hands. I can't thank him enough for his professionalism, kindness, and dedication. If you need your Mercedes serviced, I highly recommend asking for Edvard. He's the kind of person who makes all the difference.

We came in as serious buyers looking for a specific type of vehicle and gave the sales representative a list of the features and options we wanted. Instead of helping us find the right vehicle or discussing what was available, the sales rep rudely responded, "Can you even afford a $150,000 car?" I couldn't believe that was actually said to us. Whether a customer is shopping for a $30,000 car or a $150,000 car, no one should be spoken to or judged that way - especially before the salesperson has made any effort to understand the customer. We weren't asking for special treatment. We simply came in ready to shop and expected basic professionalism and respect. Instead, we felt judged and disrespected enough that we walked away from the dealership. After being a Keyes customer for years, it's extremely disappointing that one interaction could completely change the way I view the dealership. Unfortunately, after the way we were treated today, we will not be returning.

Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the vehicle. The moment Chase became involved, he stepped up without hesitation and made everything right. He exchanged the truck and got me into a newer truck with a higher MSRP, while making the entire transaction smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. He listened to my concerns, treated me with respect, and never made me feel like I was being difficult for expecting a truly new vehicle. Chase's professionalism, honesty, and commitment to customer satisfaction were exceptional. Instead of making excuses, he focused on finding a solution and went above and beyond to ensure I left completely satisfied. This is exactly how management should handle a difficult situation. I highly recommend Chase to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares about his customers and stands behind the dealership.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I recently received…read more I brought my 2025 Jeep in for ongoing mechanical issues and was informed that it would take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete the repairs. While I understand that repairs can take time, I was also told that no rental vehicles were available, meaning I would be left without transportation for the duration of the repair. What makes this even more frustrating is that I pay $1,400 per month for a vehicle that is already experiencing significant problems. I was also informed that the delay is due to the dealership being short-staffed and behind on repairs. I spoke with the Service Manager, Hector Herrera, in hopes of finding a solution. I explained that I have a daughter with special needs and rely on my vehicle every day for appointments, school, and daily activities. Although he acknowledged my situation, his response was simply that all 14 rental vehicles were already in use and there was nothing they could do. I even suggested being placed on a waiting list so that I could bring my Jeep in once a rental became available. I was told that wasn't possible. Additionally, I was told that if I wanted to, I could contact other dealerships myself to see if they had a vehicle available. I found this extremely upsetting, as I believe it is the dealership's responsibility to assist customers and help provide solutions, especially in situations where customers are left without transportation due to service delays. Instead, I am expected to go without a vehicle for several weeks with no transportation, no alternatives, and no meaningful effort to assist. I understand that staffing shortages and high repair volumes can happen, but customer service should not suffer because of it. The lack of empathy, communication, and willingness to help was unacceptable. I left feeling that my concerns and circumstances simply did not matter. I expected far better service and support from a dealership representing the Jeep brand.
