This probably is the worst nail salon in McDonough/Hampton. I went on Memorial Day with my daughter, and I received and overlay with SNS my nails were lumpy and ugly. I told the owner I did not like them and she began to roll her eyes and stuck teeth....she had the worst attitude. She was very angry that I wanted her to file them down. So while this is going on I look over to see my daughter getting her eyebrows done while she's getting her pedicure and nails done. Needless to say one of her eyebrows look perfect and the other look like an underscore. She want the lady to fix it, but the technician acted as if nothing was wrong with them. I told my daughter we will go and get them fixed. I had heard some good things about this place, so I decided to try for the first time and it was the worst experience EVER. Never again!!!! You will probably do better letting a student do your nails/eyebrows. The salon is pretty, but staff and owner are UNPROFESSIONAL. Someone needs more class. read more

I really love the environment and how things are on the inside its really peaceful and relaxing and the workers make sure that you leave satisfied. They also make great suggestions unlike T&J nails, also they try anything. Although their a bit pricey its an incredible experience every time. I recommend Bruce because he does the best Gel and SNS nails that ive experienced so far. read more

Great customer service. The ladies are always curteous and you get what you pay for. They have an array of special pedicures for those of you who like to spoil yourself. They also have all the updated technology like SNS nails. I am going to try more of their services in the future. read more

AWFUL SERVICE! Wouldn't give me my money back after messing up my nails three times! Was there for over two hours. I went in there on 1/4/18 to get a full set of acrylic nails. I showed my lady a picture of the nails I wanted right when I sat down so she'd know exactly what I was wanting. When she finished my nails they were matte, which I did not ask for specifically (the picture I showed her clearly had shiny polish on them too). The nails had scratches all over them and the matte didn't even reach the top of the nail so the top still looked shiny. I showed her and asked her to redo them, then she just put clear polish over them and you could still see the scratches. So, once again I had to complain so then she took off all the polish and pained them again. By then, my friend and I had been in there for over two hours and the nails still did not look good. They were extremely bumpy and had bubbles in them (which is kinda hard to see in the pictures). I showed 5 different girls and all said they looked awful, so I went back two days later with my mom and asked for a refund. They said they will not give us a refund unless they take off my nails (I once asked them to take off my prom nails for me and I made them stop at the first nail because it hurt so bad), and also they had shaved down my natural nail down a lot (she shaved them down two different times which I thought was odd) so if they did take them off my nails would be extremely thin and brittle. I am upset because I spent $24 on the nails and I am extremely dissatisfied with the product I received. I wouldn't recommend you going there for any service because this is not the first time I've been disappointed with this business, they do not respect their costumers and have low expectations for their employees. read more

I was a loyal customer of Jenny's for almost 2 years spending at least $100 every visit. ( they are very expensive). I always used Tammy for my nails and pretty much anyone for my feet. I was not in the area needed a fill so I went with a friend to her salon. I was completely shocked and saddened when I was informed by the nail tech and another patron that I did not have pink powder nails what I had been paying for. Tammy had been cheating me. I wanted to go up there with the nail examples they gave me and my bank receipts and whoop her ass but I went high instead of low found a great tech not far from my house. This is my second time coming here (I live out of town) and it's completely amazing!!!!! Every time I've come here they have been absolutely ahhhhhmazing. They are so patient and gentle and really listen to what you want. They have the LARGEST selection of styles omg. And I live in Houston where there's a nail shop on every corner and this is the best one I've ever been to. They have sooo many nail styles I was sooo shocked. Anything you see on Instagram they can do. Marble, unicorn, ombré, hologram you name it. And they are sooooo nice. And this is honestly the CUTEST nail shop I've ever been into. It has such a pretty decor. I love it here. They have the most WONDERFUL pedicures as well. Things I've never even seen before. A chocolate pedicure, mandarin orange and sugar scrub pedicure and many more. I loved it so much this time I brought my mom my aunt and my grandmother and we all agree that this is the best nail shop we've ever been to. And they always have PLENTY of workers. Based on the reviews I decided to try this place yesterday 4/23. It was about 6pm when my boyfriend and I went in for pedicures. They quickly put our feet in the water....and left us there for 30+ minutes. A lady proceeded to start on me and I asked for warmer water since my water was now cold. I asked how much longer for my boyfriend. She said she didn't know. I asked again and she finally got up. 15 more minutes. My boyfriend politely asked for a towel to dry his feet off. He was no longer interested in receiving service. He's the patient and I'm not and he got frustrated. As he walked out the door that's when they started to tell they'll be right over. He politely declined. Another lady came over to me to explain themselves. I stated I would've preferred honesty and you tell me it's a 30-45 minute wait before you leave my feet in water for 30 minutes. I will not be back. read more

Worst manicure I have ever gotten. I had a manicure and pedicure done at the same time. The two women working on me were so busy talking they weren't paying attention to the work they were doing for me. Several times the woman doing my pedicure stopped to listen to the other women. When my manicure was done instead of her leaving she pulled up a chair to continue their conversation. Very unprofessional! She should have used that time to do a better job on my manicure. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I've been coming here for over 5 years. The staff is always very courteous and sweet. Everything is clean; the utensils, the bowls, the chairs... I used to just go wherever there wasn't a wait but since coming here I have found the perfect nail place. I always walk in and I have never waited more than 10 minutes for a spa pedicure.
