My real estate broker met the crew as I was not able to be present. The crew came on time and finished as promised. The broker raved about the job done! Every time they came they used my granite/marble cleaning products (even requested that I replenish items) and used paper towels, etc. 2. The woman that was in charge and agreed to biweekly payment was fired sometime later. 3. There was damage to wood around my bed. I reported it but decided not to do anything about it. I colored it in with a black sharpie. See pic. 4. There was damage to my wallpaper. I reported it but I decided not to do anything about it I fixed it myself with crazy glue. Cannot find original pic but you can still see damage to wallpaper after I tried fixing it. See pic. 5. There was damage to a stainless steel part on my Wolf stove. See pic. When this occurred and I reported it, same day two women showed up at my front door without giving me notice. Once they came inside they challenged me saying that they did not do it. I had to defend myself and explain that I would never blame them for anything they did not do. This was very invasive and uncalled for. In the end they paid for item after basically harassing me. 6. When I couldn't accommodate them coming on Black Friday because I was going to be away, I requested for them to reschedule to the following Monday instead. The owner Lee became very aggressive in her texts and started complaining about the amount I pay in exclamation points as if I were underpaying her. The amount was agreed on with her previous coworker this was shocking to me. This is when I informed her that the quality of their work has diminished and that she should come with her team as scheduled to discuss everything and if it did not work out we would consider termination of contract. THEY NEVER EVEN SHOWED UP. 7. The last time at my home they also did damage to my wall next to an outlet. I did not even bother reporting this, as it was their last time at my home. See pic. Puke in the toilets, bottles of liquor strewn across several rooms, a thick layer of black scum coating the floors; this is the mess that the ladies of Dust to Shine walked into. I called them on a Wednesday, and Andrea confirmed our Sunday morning appointment via text. We texted throughout the week to finalize our service options and pricing. Remember to treat them kindly over the phone and in person, because even with the slaughterhouse they worked with, Andrea still gave us a discount from the kindness of her heart. They arrived on time with all the necessary tools and materials to do the hard work. I agree with the other reviews about her and her team being wonderful and nonjudgmental. They came in at 9 am and worked hard all day to organize, clean, polish and throw out what was necessary. That house went from uninhabitable to shining in one day. They worked so hard and left everything immaculate. I don't think I've seen those bathrooms and kitchen so clean in at least a decade. All the cabinets, the fridge and the dishes are clean, the bathrooms are sparkling, the walls are clean, the furniture has been polished, and the messes organized. The furniture and rugs that needed to be removed, were moved outside so all we need to do is get a dumpster. I only wish we had the time to get the dumpster before they arrived. There was a tech issue with my third appointment, and the customer service in rectifying it was incredible, they offered to refund and also set up a follow up cleaning appointment. It is the best customer service I've experienced in a long time!
