I left with my basket full of clothing and my shirts perfectly hung at 4:50pm. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You made getting through this awful time more bearable! We will definitely be back!

I said I though it was taken care of by the coupon. I was told in a rather condescending manner that what I had cleaned didn't qualify but that it was half price. The quilt looks fine and I'm sure I got a good value but I feel like I was given misguided information as no one told me at check in that the price would be half. I would have been happy about that but now I feel like they withheld that information. I also asked what the benefits would be of downloading their app (except the $5 coupon) and was told that there was no benefit. Why would anyone bother? Be careful with this company!

My laundry was ready within hours, though I picked it up the next day. I was impressed with how neatly everything was folded and the high quality of the detergent they used. The building itself is beautiful and, like the interior, impeccably clean.
