We checked in two women took us over to the pedicure chairs and had started our pedicures and it wasn't Kim again. It was my first time there so I didn't know who she was. The pedicures weren't bad, but we had to keep asking them to either cut my father's nails shorter, which the girl seemed afraid to do and then we both had problems with ingrown luckily Khoi was available to come over and check mine. He was super nice and friendly and welcoming. Again the pedicures were just OK. The technicians really didn't talk much or I think there was just a communication barrier. I do plan on going back only to see Kim or Khoi. I woke up today and I'm not sure what happened to my big toes. I have skin peeling that wasn't there before and my calluses on both of my big toes. Are this funny color extremely red and round this has never happened to me. So that's my only other concern. The atmosphere in the salon is great. It is super clean. Everyone seems to be friendly and the prices are reasonable again. I will be going again and I wish I got the two technicians names we saw because I wouldn't recommend them.

She makes you comfortable which is important for such personal and sensitive areas. She is constantly giving valuable suggestions on ways to improve the areas she is servicing. Her studio is located in a professional building in malden. It can be hard to find at first but since I've been here a few times I new to got to the third floor. It's very easy to find and there is on street parking or the mbta stop is close by. Her studio is welcoming and decorated tastefully. Every time I walk in I'm able to unwind and relax.
