This place must have changed owners since the last person left a positive review in 2021. My…read moreexperience in 2023 has not been good. The new owner of this salon is one of the most unreliable and unprofessional people ever. Twice I made an appointment with her for a pedicure and she was late. I had to wait outside of her closed salon until she decided to show up; barely an apology. I decided to go again for a pedicure and this third time was the final straw. Made an appointment two days before. On the day of the appointment I call to make sure she is going to be on time and she asks me if I can change it to two hours later or later in the day. Due to my work schedule, I told her I had limited time and could not change my appointment time. She was angry at me when I showed up for my appointment and told me she will no longer accept appointments, only walk-ins. I learned a bit later that she had a walk-in that day that needed multiple services and she wanted to accommodate her during my scheduled appointment time. I had my pedicure and paid with a tip (even though she is the owner), and no thank you, come again, nothing....In fact, she made it a point to remind me once again that she will no longer take appointments. LAST TIME I WILL EVER GIVE THIS PERSON MY BUSINESS

I checked out the foot tub to make sure it looked clean. It did and that was a relief. A pedicure is $12 and a french pedi is $18. I also saw the end product of other woman getting acrylic tips and they looked really nice.

The first staff member I…read moreencountered accused me of not paying because the nail technician who serviced me left without confirming my payment. As someone who consistently tips generously, I found this accusation both unfair and disrespectful. What made this even more frustrating is that I go out of my way to support small businesses like this. I work for the government which is an high paying job and am mindful about where I spend my money, and I choose to come to places like this even though I have other options within more of an expensive budget which I can simply afford. To be judged and accused in that way, despite being a paying and supportive customer, was extremely disappointing. Experiences like this make me reconsider where I spend my money. I can easily return to my usual places where I live and pay around $60 for a full set and feel respected as a customer. Unfortunately, this situation has caused me to lose trust in this establishment, and I will not be returning.

That being said! So glad I stopped in! It was a rainy Saturday morning, I expected it to be empty. It was not! I ended up making an appointment for 1pm. I came in for my appointment and was seated for my pedicure right away. I needed to soak off my old dip mani and I prefer to do that while I get my pedicure. It was a very relaxing time. The chair has the massage feature too!! I wasn't sure what color to go with for the weather but still some sort of pastel for the season.. Beti was super helpful in this regard. Beti did both my pedicure and manicure. She was very professional, patient, and polite. She even helped me find a pedicure color match for the manicure!! She also fixed FIVE broken nails. I wanted to keep the shape and length. Bet ya'll cant tell which ones were broken! Thank you, Beti! If you are in the area, this is the spot to go to. Total was about 60 bucks. Nails still look good a week later and I work with my hands.

I have been here about 4/5 times now for pedicures Only and I am pleased. I used the same lady a few times however that last two times I came she was off and I had to try a new person. Happy to say I am pleased, which is a big deal because I'm very picky when it comes to the cleanliness and what is considered a good pedicure. Overall the shop is very clean and bright (minimalist design). They can get busy and there can be a small wait sometimes, which I don't mind because I think the ladies that I have used have done great jobs. My hope is that they stay good and don't start to rush or get sloppy because then my search starts all over again... whomp whomp. For the most part everyone is pleasant and the pedicure ladies are always sweet however I have witnessed the owners/mangers get a little rude and snappy with some customers on more than one occasion. I would like to believe it might be cultural but I understand when it really isn't and to be fair I have not experienced it directly. Nonetheless, I have a go to pedicure spot @ least for now. Just A Note: They only take CASH. They do have an ATM on site. As well as they have 2 additional locations close by (like walking distance)
