A must-visit! This…read moreplace is fabulous, completely 100% family-run. My family absolutely loved this place. It was the week prior to Christmas. Ruidoso was busy with shoppers. We stopped in because the name alone was perfect on so many levels. Once inside we met David and Barbie, and it was like being home. They welcomed us in and treated us like family. We ordered a round of brownies and had hot chocolate with whipped topping and sprinkles. The kids were in heaven. I loved my corner piece. It was absolutely perfect. Crunchy edge, moist center. Just pure yum. Enough said. I then place an order for a pecan pie to take back home for Christmas. I picked it up on Thursday. It never made it to Christmas dinner. We demolished it on the way home. Oh my goodness, perfection! Barbie and David, we loved meeting you! The Army Family!

The pecan brownie was perfectly crunchy on the outside and fudgey inside. Pumpkin pie had unique floral notes to each delicious bite and the crust was solid throughout versus soggy underneath. David was very friendly and we enjoyed his conversation. We'll definitely be back next winter for more homemade desserts.

The service was not the best, but was actually borderline rude. I realize it's a food truck, but a little training on how to greet, speak to, and thank a customer is needed. If you eat here, don't expect a thank you ... be happy with "here's your food". .... I'm old enough to remember when customer service was the norm. A simple "hello, what would you like to order?" or even just a "thank you" is not too much to ask after spending hard earned money at their business. The management needs to train their employees with simple lessons of common courtesy. imo

We visited on two occasions and enjoyed the two IPAs they had on tap. Both were tasty and went well with the delicious pizza they served. They had a pretty decent menu for a brewery and it seemed everyone enjoyed the food. We sat on the outside patio. In our first visit an elk and her calf walked around the creek and very near to the restaurant. They were obviously used to people, but it was thrilling for me to see them so close! On our second visit a live band was playing some pretty good music and the entire place was packed inside. We got a couple of growlers to go and had our left over pizza the following day. It was still delicious!
