My original orthodontist was no longer in business, so I checked Yelp to find a good orthodontist nearby -- and Lucas Orthodontics had great reviews. Making an appointment was easy, and the staff were welcoming and professional. The technician who helped me was friendly and efficient, and the whole process went very smoothly. After taking photos of my teeth, they scheduled my follow-up appointment to pick up the new retainer for the following week. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Her technique is very good, the precision of the cut of the wire so it won't poke you in the mouth , the smoothness of putting it on . On top of that she is very caring ,one person at a time and answer all your concern. She also helped my daughter brush her teeth to show her the mistakes. Her personally is exceptional, will fit any environment actually, not like some grumpy people ,just to be there to make their paycheck. After seeing her smile , you might realize that anxiety and depression is just a thought.
