We are getting married in June and could not be happier, and Lori has played such an important role in helping us build a healthier, stronger relationship. I've seen many therapists and couples counselors throughout the years, and Lori is truly the best. Lori is the absolute best. She is compassionate, understanding, and creates such a safe and comfortable environment where we both feel heard and supported. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants the best for them. Her guidance, patience, and insight have made such a positive impact on our relationship and on us individually as well. We are incredibly grateful for all of her help and would recommend Lori to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated couples counselor. Thank you so much Lori!

Thanks to her, we learned to communicate better, understand each other more deeply, and face challenges as a team instead of feeling overwhelmed and isolated. Individually, she's been transformative for me as well. In a safe, non-judgmental space, she helped me recognize my strengths and weaknesses, accept them without shame, and gain practical tools to manage my reactions with greater self-awareness and emotional control. If you're seeking a caring therapist who delivers lasting results for both couples and individuals--whether in person or online--she's outstanding.

I have witnessed tremendous compassion and dedication to serving people in crisis, many of whom have no other supports or resources. CRF is constantly reviewed by external QI/QA teams and have had extremely positive reports, especially about the quality of care and services. I would recommend this employer without reservation.

I was genuinely interested in the opportunity and invested considerable time and preparation throughout the interview process. What I found discouraging was the lack of communication and follow-through during the later stages of the process. Compensation expectations were discussed multiple times, and I was transparent about my expectations from the beginning. Despite those conversations, I proceeded through several stages of the interview process before the compensation issue was ultimately raised again at the conclusion of the final interview #3 I completely understand that organizational priorities, compensation parameters, and hiring decisions can change. My concern is not with the final decision, but with how communication was handled throughout the process. Candidates invest significant professional time, preparation, and scheduling accommodations when participating in an extensive interview process. Timely, transparent, and consistent communication is an important part of respecting those commitments. From my perspective, the experience felt dismissive and inconsistent with the level of professionalism and respect I would expect during a leadership recruitment process.I hope the organization considers improving communication, coordination among those involved in recruiting & interviewing candidates so that future candidates have a more transparent and professional experience.

Nonetheless, the arguing and bickering became too frequent and soon began to define our relationship. We decided that couples therapy might help and after doing a bit of research decided to give Jessica a try. My only pre-condition was that the therapy not continue indefinitely. We agreed to give it a go for one year. When we met Jessica for the first time, we were immediately taken with her demeanor and enthusiasm, which was never overbearing. Being the strong, silent type (read: introvert), I was impressed with her ability to draw me into the ensuing discussions. My girlfriend, of course, did most of the talking but Jessica always found a way for me to be heard (whether I wanted to or not). Couples therapy, for me at least, wasn't easy. Sometimes, after a long day at work, the last thing I wanted to do was to talk about our problems for an hour. But no matter how tired I was, after we finished our sessions with Jessica, I always felt better and more optimistic about the relationship. We were given assignments & activities to do at home, and Jessica recommended several books that were helpful. My biggest takeaway from our time with Jessica was learning how to listen. In the past, I'd downplay my girlfriend's concerns and feelings. After a year of therapy, I realized how they important they were, not only to her but to us as well. Fast forward now: we were married last year and are doing well. We still argue, of course, but the arguments are less intense and less frequent. If you're in a troubled relationship that's worth saving, you should at the very least give Jessica a call.
