Where is Tiffany? Tiffany seems to have disappeared. I worked with her for years and did like using her services, but when I requested to have her transfer my records this summer (including old records from a doctor I saw over a decade ago), she kept promising to send them. Then after 2 weeks of me asking, she quit responding to me and her website disappeared (making me sure it's not just me she's ignoring). I tried searching for news about anything related to why she would vanish. Nothing. So if you're new here, find someone else. You'll probably never be able to reach Tiffany as her website is gone and she doesn't respond to texts or emails. I even had my new doctor reach out to her directly via email and he didn't hear back from her either. It's really such a shame because at least in California, patients have the legal right to their records. I've lost years of mine because of Tiffany disappearing. read more

There's a reason there are so many 5 star reviews - which is why I reached out to Tiffany when my Psychiatrist changed her practice and I couldn't see her any more. From the very beginning Tiffany has been willing to listen to me and work with me to find the medications that are best for my brain, and the goals that I have for myself. We've had to switch things around a bit and she's worked alongside me to figure out the next best step. I have A LOT of questions and concerns and Tiffany always answers them and helps me understand what's happening in my brain and what the reasons might be. On top of all of that her practice model is amazing. I was tired of getting my meds switched and then only seeing someone every 3 months while going through the changes. That doesn't work for me. Some of these other reviews are ridiculous. I've had nothing but a good experience with Tiffany, and find her to be incredibly knowledgable, thorough and caring. When COVID hit my regular therapist decided to retire early, and although she left me the name of a colleague she trusted, that person was a 45+ minute drive from me and with two small children, arranging to get there, the initial appointment, etc. all seemed impossible. I have KP for insurance, so therapy is something I pay out of pocket for. Tiffany was able to speak to me right away (via Zoom), listened as I told her my current issues and medications and made appropriate recommendations. She has also provided supplementary information for me to review and helped me save money by getting me the best possible deals on medications. Hey everyone, just wanna say a couple years ago I was in a really bad place. I needed help mentally, physically, a sense of rehabilitation. I found om ombré and was initially interested due to low cost and, convenient meeting times. For two years straight I have been able to receive rehabilitation, correct diagnosis, along w support, and help from this company. If I have any emergencies I am always able to call, if scheduling an appointment; I can always do it the day of,or early in the morning. I have been in the military for almost 22 years, I have had 100's of different doctors in many different areas. I have seen good doctors, even great doctors in their paticular area of expertise. It's funny you manage to message my emergency contact in the middle of the night with something personal but can't contact me or contact someone to do a welfare check when I told you my anxiety and depression were really bad. I have dealt with a large amount of psychiatrists due to my career she exceeded my expectations and experience. The California Board of Nursing did not find Tiffany capable of giving a patient evaluation. We spent her resume over and the Board of Nursing for review and the BRN denied her as a competent practitioner to do a assessment. The BRN approved the very next clinician I found with his resume!. If you care about your mental health, go elsewhere. There are licensed therapists that can really help you. I did see on her resume that Tiffany did not have a lot experience before OmOmbre. She worked as a caregiver for an individual for one or two but never really had the clinical experience in practice setting. Read the lowest reviews. They depict Tiffany for who she really is. She runs this business because she believes she can give scripts for narcotics, even though is was not competent based from Nursing Board of CA to give a simple examination. My experience is she is not genuine and kind. She may spend over a hour from time to time with a patient but that was never the case with us. Maybe she has started to realize the truth will prevail. She would say she would call, but doesn't follow through, but that's not really the con of having her as a clinician. She has had over 7 reviews removed on Yelp. She has negative reviews removed from Yelp but I will leave them everywhere on the Web where she can't trick and deceive ppl like she is on Yelp. During the year I paid for her monthly fee, we talked about 5-6 times. Then She lied to me saying she wants to be with her "boys" in another state, an excuse and deportable like, using her sons as an excuse she is moving out of STATE so she can pick and choose who she wants to work with. The bottom line is she really doesn't have the experience to treat people and help them. I'm not the only one is knows this, and has experienced it. My experience is look at the negative reviews and go from there, remembering the California Board of Nursing denied Tiffany as a practitioner to give an assessment. read more

I read the reviews and thought to myself "these seem too good to be true". So, I searched Tiffany through different resources and found many great patient reviews. It was late at night and I had sent her out a detailed email with a laundry list of my concerns, not expecting to hear back any time soon, a few days at best. I moved to San Diego a few months back from Chicago and needed to find a new doctor to help me with my prescriptions. Not only was it incredibly hard to find a doctor here who would prescribe my medications, but I was also furloughed at the time (due to Covid) and some offices told me I would have to pay between $300-450 just for an initial appointment....
