I'm very understanding and accommodating, but if you can't commit to a pickup time, it's better not to promise one. The final time it happened, I expressed my frustration and said I felt it was unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging it or apologizing, she became defensive and blocked me. I was not hostile. I was simply being honest after experiencing the same issue multiple times. This was several years ago, but I'm still surprised to see so many reviews praising the communication because that was absolutely not my experience.
