We made an appointment, got there 5 minutes early and received no direction. There was two people waiting, who they took before us, by no problem even though we have an appointment and it was an expressed that they were running behind and that there would be a little bit of a wait, however then people walked in after us and after waiting 25 minutes for told to come back before us. I spoke up because I'm not waiting, I've made an appointment that is the purpose of having an appointment, and the person that brought us back literally did the worst job I have ever seen a hair stylist doing my life. She tried to say my son's hair was done, when it was lopsided, I had to tell her she needed to clip over his ears, she left him with one sideburn and shaved off the other one. This is the end result. I understand he's two years old, but this is not a service I would ever pay for.
