The woman on the phone was really nice and was trying her best to work with my schedule. The office was a really relaxing environment, and I immediately felt less nervous. Eyebrows are one of those things that really stink if they get screwed up, there's not much you can do about it. The staff was very professional and welcoming and I felt really comfortable. Anyways- I'm really impressed with the work done! My eyebrows are a bit fuller and I like them that way, I just wanted some shaping done. That's exactly what I got! It was painless and a pretty quick process. I had a really pleasant conversation while it was happening. I don't typically spend money on beauty routines as I tend to think I can just do most of it at home, but I am positive I'll be returning. The atmosphere and staff were so great that I'll be happy to patronize them anytime I need my eyebrows done!

I originally went in for relief from back discomfort. After a neck adjustment, I developed severe cluster headaches and ongoing nerve issues in my neck/shoulder area that still affect me years later. My neck and shoulders have remained prone to irritation and reinjury. At the time, I went back and told them I was having severe issues after the adjustment. I remember being very uncomfortable with the idea of another neck adjustment, but my neck was adjusted again anyway, and I was sent on my way. I never pursued it formally, and I regret that. But based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone against allowing neck/head adjustments here. I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously, and I personally would never go back.

However, her behavior on my wedding day was completely unacceptable. Not only was she unprofessional, but three different people commented on how rude she was to them. One of my bridesmaids even refused to have her hair done by Miranda after interacting with her. My hair was falling out a few hours after it was done and hardly made it through my ceremony. Hands down the worst investment in my wedding was choosing to go with this salon, a supposedly reputable and "higher end salon."

My tech's name was Stephanie and she was pretty professional. I definitely recommend her. Our regular place only has one tech at the moment and we like having our nails done together. When we complained, the owner just stood there and said he had no idea what we were talking about. It's not the kind of place we normally frequent so maybe it's that. We won't be returning. The luxury pedicure was also pretty bare bones. But based on what people were getting around us, maybe it's not a commonly ordered treatment.
