Rettman ( Leon) worked with us to revise quotes to give us the best look for the price. They ripped it out; trimmed pine trees, cut one down, ripped out fountain and evergreen spreaders that were pushing retaining wall out; removed windburned arborvitaes, created a new rock edge section, added pavers and removed gravel but reused it in plant beds . They were on time, checking all the way to see what my daughter wanted and made creative suggestions about the look. We had them lay down fabric and mulch to create a bug free haven and wide open space. It was worth every penny $ 4400 and they cleaned up like they were never there. I have a huge yard to care for and these guys are out here every week mowing, trimming, and cleaning up. The professionals on the team keep my grass mowed, fed, and treated for weeds, keep my shrubbery trimmed, and my gutters clear. In the fall and spring they will do a full cleanup, getting rid of all the leaves and dead plants or raking up and reseeding after the snow melts. In the winter Derek is great about emailing snowplow updates and it's so reassuring to know I never have to worry about coming home from a trip only to find a foot of snow in my driveway. These guys work around the clock during big storms to ensure everyone has access even in a blizzard. I couldn't be happier with their service!

The company clearly states if you have a concern let them know. I sent a message indicating we still had snow and needed it removed. We have an elderly women that comes to our house daily & I was concerned for her safety. The owner proceeded to argue and imply I was lying and told me to review the terms & conditions. I'm very familiar with contracts since I manage the contracting process for a fortune 5 company. Needless to say, I removed the snow. We had a similar experience the next snow. The company did eventually show about a day after the snow fall & the sidewalks were not clear of snow. Again, I reached out and sent a picture indicating my concern for the safety of people using our sidewalk & walks. Again he implied I was lying. At this point, I concluded I would need to do the sidewalks myself moving forward. Understandably, sometimes due to timing snow can't be removed at the best time. At this point, I was told he would refund me. I was refunded but the next day they charged the full amount AGAIN without consent. I reached out with proof asking why this occurred. I was basically told it had been refunded and there wasn't an issue. When I checked in again they acknowledged I was charged again & would be refunded. The refund is not showing on my account and I'm hopeful it is processing. I switched to 'Quality Seasons' for the 1 inch snow trigger and should have stayed with the reliable service we have had for years. If you want to be called a liar, pay a ton of money & remove the snow yourself hire this company. I have never experienced this type of horrible service before.

If you value doing business with a trustworthy and honest company I would advise extreme caution when hiring TGC. We were scheduled to have fall clean up performed on November 11th. As I write this we have a yard full of leaves under the snow that will likely result in significant or total ruin of our yard! We received 6-8 emails saying that there was a delay but we would be serviced. My wife and I called TGC multiple times between the 11th-25th and were met with empty promises that we would be serviced. I can't attest to the quality of this years, 2025, fall clean up since we never received the service. The infuriating part is that throughout the last 3 weeks we could have hired another service or performed fall cleanup ourself but TGC consistently insured that we would be serviced. We trusted TGC to deliver and yet they never did. I don't know if it was pure greed, dishonesty, or complete incompetence but our yard is likely destroyed because of these false promises!!! - We live in the west metro of Minneapolis
