Even though the crew had the company's drawing. They did tear these out and replace them but not without complaint and attempted blame shifting. Then they replaced a large portion of our driveway and it flaked, peeled, and spaled the first winter .No salt was used on it and it saw little actual traffic. They did replace 1/2 of this area at no charge however it is just as bad now. Again no salt and minimal traffic. They did ask us what we think caused it..IDK they are the "experts" They have instructed us to pressure wash and seal the affected area. This "concrete" is not solid enough to withstand much washing... In the end we wasted our home improvement dollars on sub par quality that will not hold up at all. A very poor choice on our part. Had planed on more word for them , but that seems like a stupid move..

They have no respect for neighboring properties…read more This fall my car was parked on the street next to a house Seasonal Chores was working on. When I came back out to my car, their trucks had moved and essentially blocked me in due to the proximity of the car in front of me. I wasn't in a rush to leave, so I tried to be respectful and let everyone complete their job as quickly as possible. That being said, by the time the workers left, my car was covered in dirt, leaf clippings, and debris. I was extremely disappointed to see how they would leave neighboring property. I immediately took my car to the wash but that was not enough. The debris seems to have been driven into every crevice and weather strip due to the leaf blowers and mowers. As a result, every time I washed my car, that debris got wet and runs down the side leaving a stain. Additionally, this happened any time the car was left outside in the sun and any snow or ice on it started to melt. I tried removing the material by hand multiple times with various tools. While it helped a little, it did not resolve the problem. It took 10+ washes for the problem to finally stop. I tried reaching out to Seasonal Chores via email multiple times with an explanation of what happened and these photos. It has been a month since I sent the emails, they never took the time to respond.

I had used Seasonal Chores, Inc. 8440 Pillsbury Ave. S. Bloomington, MN 55420 (952) 836-1568 for my…read morelawn service for many years. I then had them start snow plowing my driveway last year. I watched them and their driver rammed his truck/plow at an angle to the end of my driveway with such speed that the end of the PLOW BLADE broke the cement on the curb at the end of our driveway. I asked Seasonal Chores to turn it in to their insurance company and repair it. At first they did not call me back. Then they said they would not pay for it. They said they would not do anything about it. I cancelled their contract. I do not believe they were in good faith. If you use this company, you should get a copy of their insurance policy (assuming they have one) and ask them if they will pay for damage to your driveway if they cause it. After over 5 years of lawn care from them, I thought their snowplowing service would be responsible when they damaged my property. I could easily have sued them, but I would rather just be done with them. Lesson Learned the hard way.
