So, the following Sunday my wife found a rather large article in the paper for Cornerstone Concrete. We did our due diligence & found that we were not alone, there were many other customers that had a similar experience with Cornerstone Concrete; very satisfied. And they got the job done in short order, before a change in the weather. Our project began the week of Oct. 16, 2023. And told the pour would be completed by the end of the week, Different teams showed up during the week for preparation for their portion of the grounds. Everyone was very professional. Our driveway turned out better than expected. We have been very satisfied. We have additional concrete projects in the future & will not hesitate to contact Cornerstone Concrete. again. Sue & Pete F

I tipped…read more$200 more because it was hard and took them almost 10 hours over 2 days because one guy got sick and had to go to the hospital. - Gave me quote on Yelp from pictures I sent, instead of just telling me to call to set up an estimate like most places do. - Showed up early, but not too early, and got to work right away. Asked for a $150 more on top of the $650 I was quoted, which was fine because it was a big job and $650 was already by far the best deal I'd found. Paid via Zelle. - Cut up logs and stumps with a chainsaw and used a tarp and wheelbarrow to move all the stuff across half an acre. - Polite, expedient, considerate. I fed him lunch and coffee and water. I wouldn't hesitate to have these dudes back.

We had them pull out some river rock along 2 sides of the house and replace it with mulch. They dug out all the rock and straightened out the bricks lining the planting beds. Took them about 4 hours, they charged about $1,000. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them.

As the snow melted, we decided to continue our service with Ristau for a lawn rennovation. Brandon, Rudy and Trevor removed a heap of overgrowth, a large stump along with the dead wood from said stump and graded the area to perfection. This service was completed in the time parameters they had quoted and they wasted no time on sight getting the task finished. HARD WORKERS with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The problem was that he never supervised his crew while they were doing the work. There was a miscommunication on one area and he did not show up to resolve it. Then when it came to installing the plants, he shorted us ground cover plants by over 100 and asked us to drive out to a garden center and pick them up and plant the missing plants themselves. I don't think he has to this day come out to look at the final product. Very bad customer service and the shorted plants bordered on cheating. Very unhappy with his business in general.

Do not hire this company! They're new, and have no real professional experience, and you're…read morebasically a guinea pig for their projects. I hired them to remove and replace baseboards and door trim through Home Depot's Pro service. They double-booked the day my project was supposed to start and instead of rescheduling (which I offered), they sent the owner's brother-in-law - who doesn't even work for the company - into my home. He caused damage, and the work was sloppy and incomplete. The workmanship was terrible: - Boards weren't nailed securely - Large gaps between baseboards and walls - No caulking at seams - Only some nail holes filled - Some corners are mitered, others aren't - they're just boards stuck together for an unfinished, inconsistent look - They skipped spray painting the boards (as outlined in the contract), left several unpainted, and only painted the front face of others. After several text messages with Adam around my disappointment with the incomplete and sloppy work, they did offer to come back and fix things (contract has a workmanship guarantee) - but at that point, NO THANK YOU. The trust was gone, and I wouldn't feel comfortable letting them back in my home. I will likely have to rip half of it out and hire someone else to redo it - leaving me out a significant amount of money, and they don't care. Adam takes an 'Adam first' approach vs. a customer first approach as advertised. The finished product looks like a rushed DIY job I could've done myself. Unprofessional from start to finish.

We were in no real hurry but they went ahead and scheduled when the person was by himself and did not speak English. That language thing is not the issue...it is that they sent him alone knowing this. The fixes were made to some of the other work as it was done right the first time and this team made it seem like we should be happy they gave us something for free for it..some bracket for the gutter. There were times when -and I do understand family things that come up-that communication and follow up were awful. Lucky for us my husband works from home and can flex his schedule. We chose this team because they presented the scope of work so much better than anyone else and not based on the cost of the service alone. Too bad you didn't live up to that.
