We trusted TGC to deliver and yet they never did. Time and time again, I would call or email to ask them to finish the job, sometimes even sending them pictures as evidence. Their response was always the same: an apology, a promise to do better next time, and assurance that someone would come out to complete the job soon. However, it never happened. They would either come back out but still not finish the job, or they would wait until the next snow event to respond, making the situation even worse. They seem indifferent to customer satisfaction; it appears they only care about getting paid. I would never hire this company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone I care about. It's unfortunate, but those are the facts, and they do not seem to care.
