The lady I spoke to on the phone about picking it up to get fixed was very pleasant also, however forgot to mention that supposedly the person listed on the registration needed to be present and wasn't when I first came to pay the daily growing bill for it sitting there. Then when my husband and I showed up first thing the next morning, not only were we already charged again for another day of storage, an hour into the day, but he NEVER once checked my husbands license or the registration, so clearly I could have picked it up the day before. They also are very adamant about getting their payment in cash, and we couldn't even go back to see the car while waiting for AAA to show up, unless we paid them first.

I had trouble finding a towing company that could come and tow me to my dealership in Bowling Green. Eventually my insurance roadside assistence put me in touch with Pat and Son towing. Pat came and had to use skids to get my car on his truck because the front wheels were locked up. He was skillful and friendly. The courteous lady in the office kept me informed of when Pat would arrive and what was going on with my insurance. Breaking down was definitely a bad situation but with the kind, experienced people at Pat and Son Towing taking my car to the dealership for repairs, it made my day a whole lot better!

My truck was done,but the end result left a lot to be desired. I gave him another opportunity in May this year (Accident was in Oct. 21) and all I received were excuses on the quality of his final effort. There were no excuses,or mountain's he couldn't climb to do the job until after the check's were signed and the cash in his pocket! Suddenly,there were all kinds of excuses! He is the only one out of seven auto repair shops in Toledo that fixed my problem, the problem originated from Warren Street Garage who messed up my car and then told me not to bring it back because they don't work on my make model car. But this place is amazing and honest he will not charge you just to charge you he won't charge you unless he fixes your problem. These guys scammed my wife and I. They had our vehicle for almost three weeks for a timing belt…read morechange. A lot of run around and got the car back. Clips were broke off power steering resivoir and kept loosing fluid. The we lost heat due to hose connector being broken and not hold sealed to pipe on engine at all. Spit out coolant everywhere which soaked the new belt. Also found damage to upper timing cover, hose opening cut out and melt marks nearby in plastic. Mountings for engine and transmission computer housing broken/missing and computer mountings not secured. No low coolant light came on when the level dropped because the level sensor is plugged into the connector for the computer housing fan and the fan is plugged into the sensor connector. Had it been warmer outside there would have been a very high potential for overheating and engine damage with little to no warning due to the level sensor being connected up improperly. Owner denied paying me back for the "service" I paid them to do right. Then got stuck paying dealership to fix all the screw ups. Thanks Import Automotive for screwing up my vehicle and the financial situation you put my family in with a baby on the way. Great job guys!!

However a couple years after the second time I started having a problem with the area they had repaired. I took it in and they fixed the issue. While they were fixing the area they also touched up an additional area that the paint was wearing off on the front of the car for free.
