If I could give zero stars, I would. This is by far the most unprofessional towing company I have ever dealt with. I agree with the others, Jeff is loud, foul-mouthed, uneducated on basic towing procedures, and completely unprofessional in his demeanor. The man won't let you speak and will only get louder and cut you off every chance he gets. When I asked for an itemized breakdown of the price, he got irrationally aggressive and angry. This is information the insurance company was asking for. He tried to overcharge me significantly, quoting an outrageous price that was nowhere near the average price for the area and for the distance we needed to travel -- under 10 miles. We ended up paying less than a third of what Jeff priced us at. If you're looking for a reliable and honest towing service, steer clear of this one. They lack professionalism, integrity, and basic customer service skills. Save yourself the headache and go with a reputable company instead. Don't let him bully you into anything! read more

Its only right that I give Jeff a 5star dispute all the negative reviews i can say I didn't get the Jeff you all speak so down on,,he is about his business as anyone should, he is straight forward, either most of the neg reviews are from the WEAK, BUT im a NYorker not fazed ,lol.. My car had a broken radiator and I needed it towed to Perth Amboy from Newark. I have came to finding this towing service from Yelp. I reached out to Jeff and he responded not too long and he came about two hours later and then left as soon as I arrived to my car, I was in a building across where my car parked in a lot about a block away. He sent very rude and dangerous texts when he left. I've attached screenshots of texts. Please report this towing service and DO NOT HIRE THIS ANGRY CHILD AT ALL! So I was in an accident yesterday and was at the mercy of the police calling a tow company. I feel very "taken advantaged" of!! My hubs says that its emergency pricing but I can't help feeling violated! He towed me from Cliffside Park to Ridgefield Park, where my mechanic is. He charged me $270 for 2.3 miles on a flat bed. The thing that gets me is that on the receipt he changed the 1 to a 2!!! I don't know what recourse I have. I feel that this should be known to the general public!! You can't turn into a narrow street while others are headed toward you and expect all of us to back up for you. Common sense would tell you to pull over and wait your turn: you've got to obey the same laws as every other motorist. Not only is this business a complete cash-sucking sham, but the one-man team (Jeff) is obnoxious, rude, obscene with an attitude that screams "I don't give a flying f***". He drives around town searching for cars to tow to his own personal garage. He will hold your car there until he has the time to unlock his door for you. He held my car there an entire weekend because he wasnt available, and charged extra for overnight keep. Oh and were you thinking about charging the 300+ dollars to your card? Think again. This scam only accepts cash. I hope this "business" is shut down so no one has to deal with this low-life money monger ever again. read more
