He explained everything, answered all my questions. Made me laugh. There was a chance of sinus cavity ruptured, but he assured me, he would do his best to not have that happen- it didn't. I am so happy I gave them a try as my experiences with the entire practice and staff have been absolutely amazing! Dr. John Mannelly is an excellent and experienced dentist! When I first started going to him he repaired some old dental work which was my start in knowing how excellent of a dentist he is since he did such a great job! From there I trusted him with an Invisalign program and after 8 months my crowded teeth are straight! I never had braces as a child and decided to do this for my teeth and gum health and self confidence as well. Afterwards I had Zoom whitening done on them and I couldn't be happier with the results! Dr. Mannelly is so very nice and professional and well educated and it is a pleasure to have someone as awesome as him taking care of my teeth and gum health and smile! His assistant Gladys is amazing as well! She is very skilled in her work and is so kind and nice and caring! Michelle and Rachel are both dental hygienists who have also done excellent jobs cleaning and taking care of my teeth to assist in keeping them healthy. Last but definitely not least, Amanda at the front desk is an absolute gem! She is always so welcoming and nice and upbeat every time I go to their office and is awesome at friendly reminders for appointments and working together with patients to manage bill payments. However, the office staff was difficult to work with, particularly the woman in charge of insurance. We were told up front that the office DOES NOT ACCEPT MEDICARE. That was fine. Since I was referred by my dentist, I called my dental insurance, who assured me that all would be covered. What the office failed to mention was that the "consultation" would be billed as a medical procedure. This still should have been covered by our supplement (which is not affiliated with Medicare). The office staff would not work with us to get the consultation billed. She flat out refused. They would, however, call us (in a derogatory manner),text us, email us, and send the bill over and over again. They were disrespectful and I would never recommend this practice to anyone.

Here is the post "My daughter and I went to Tom Jackson to get some implants, etc. done on her teeth. During our first visit, Tom examined my daughter's mouth and afterwards told us he thought the whole procedure would come in just under $20k. We thought great, seems reasonable and went ahead with the process. My daughter, who lives out of town, flew in for the second visit to start the process. The following day we receive the treatment plan from his assistant. The estimated cost was a little over $34k (70% above estimate). We were flabbergasted. We called Tom and asked him how he could have been off that much on his original quote and he said "I don't do billing". Needless to say we stopped the process and looked elsewhere. We found a very professional outfit, very highly rated and who my daughter was very comfortable with and whose treatment plan estimated the total cost at under $19k for the same procedures (less than Tom's original quote). What a terrible experience. My daughter has gone through the first part of the procedure and everything looks great. One other note - after we called and complained, Tom said he would refund our fees for the second visit (not the first) but we had to sign a nondisclosure agreement (gag order) not to discuss this on social media.
