The woman at the front desk is friendly. The office is professional and spotless. On our two seperate appointments, the office was running on time. Dr. Jaffe was very knowledgeable and personable. After having shingles close to my eye a few years ago, I usually see the optometrist yearly but thought now it's time to see the ophthalmologist too. I am a firm believer of being pro-active and not re-active when it comes to doctors. Dr Jaffe was very thorough, and I was relieved that he was able to see that my eyes were healthy. My surgery date is now gone. My preparation is worthless. I have to start over with a new physician while my eyesight continues to decline. This is not a billing error or a minor inconvenience.
