Paid and went to leave.... the e.brake was stuck on. After a quick google search, it was suggested that you disconnect the battery and reconnect to reset the e-brake system. It was also a sign the battery may be weak. We reset the car by disconnecting the battery and I was off. Traveled a mile down the road and filled the tank. When I tried to start it.... nothing. They apologized and came out and replaced the battery for me at no charge. Great people and they stand behind their products. I would buy again. Great people, great service.

A day or two went by and I noticed the cover for the tow package was missing. Not a big deal. I text my salesman no response. Went to dealership and the manager said he would look for one. No promises, I understood this. I waited a few days no call or text from my salesman. He receives 2.5 stars for his lack of follow through. Here is the biggest one. After 2 weeks of having the certified Armada platinum the battery died while at the gym. I emailed them about how the battery died, their response was it falls understood normal wear and tear. I just felt if a vehicle has received the code of certified the handle should not have fallen off and the battery should not have failed within 2 weeks.

He apologized and explained that they were running behind. At that point, I asked that my vehicle be brought around because I no longer wished to wait. My time is valuable, and I had already been there well beyond the estimated service time. I understand that unexpected delays occur, and I have no issue with the fact that your service department was backed up. What I do find unacceptable is that no one made any effort to keep me informed. A simple update explaining the delay would have demonstrated respect for my time and allowed me to decide whether I wanted to continue waiting. This is not the level of customer service I have come to expect from Bill Ray Nissan. Keeping customers informed of significant delays should be standard operating procedure. The oil change business is highly competitive, and customer communication is one of the small details that builds loyalty--or loses it. We went by on a Saturday, and the guy who worked there was great. He explained the way they work, and he showed us all over the lot and showed us cars based on what we were looking for. It was a very chill / low pressure situation. I was very pleased with him. We then checked a few other lots, only to find that they were all charging ALOT more for vehicles that were pretty comparable with the ones we saw at Sensible, so in the end we decided to go with Sensible once the settlement check came in. There was a small issue with the car we bought, but they got us right back in to their mechanic, and they had it fixed within a couple of hours. We really appreciate that, especially since they didn't have to, since the car we bought was "no warranty". The fact that they wanted to help make sure the car was running great for my wife and daughter, shows me that they are quality people, and I am very thankful that we found this place.
