When we questioned the bill they refused to provide anything in writing and basically extorted us for the money for their mistake. Pay or we won't finish remove the hardware or finish the contract. You shouldn't have to pay more if you pre pay for service. The office workers were rude and unhelpful. After years of being patients and thousands of dollars all it took was questioning the bill to have them end being our dentists.
