He helped us get confident and then let us enjoy our shooting time. This was a fun experience, we also went on the perfect day because it was not crowded or too chaotic. worst experience ever. the worker laughed in my face repeatedly and tried to get another male customer to validate him. completely felt like I was immediately disregarded for being a woman. I was picking up a box for my boyfriend who has spent thousands of dollars over the years and they treated me like absolute dirt. When I got in my car, I realized the parts that were in the box were missing. They had no record of his purchase because the worker he bought it from did not ask for his name or phone number so they couldn't look up what was supposed to be in the box. he acted like this was my fault and I had to remind him that it is not our fault that they made the transaction incorrectly and the entire store is a mess. If you're going to be an asshole at least be a competent one. We will never be returning and will take our money elsewhere. we used to love this place, but the staff recently has been extremely rude and unwilling to help anyone. read more

Read the first few reviews of this store and was hesitant to come, but being that's it's one of the few stores in the area my wife and I figured, why not? We are extremely happy we did! From the moment we walked in, to the moment we walked out, we were welcomed and given loads of help. My wife had never shot before and it had been years for me. The light instruction given was very good and had us both shooting like pros, well almost, in no time! We had originally planned on just browsing and getting a feel for her draw length and weight before shopping around but their prices on both bows and packages were very competitive from what we had researched and we bought a bow that day. Their knowledge about all their equipment outside of just their was extremely helpful as well. Don't think we could be happier with the way things went. I've been going to Jeffery's Archery for more than 30 years now and Tom has only gotten better with time. Love the new location and the fact that he does so much to introduce archery to so many young people through the Archery in the Schools Program. I bought my daughter's new Hoyt from there recently. The guy is a master. I love my Hoyt I bought there in 2007 and I still enjoy shooting the Jeffery Bow my Dad bought me in the 80's! The only place we will go for my Archery needs. read more

My family and I came in here with my father in law from out of town. Ryan helped us for a couple hours letting me shoot a bow several times that I was interested in. The shooting range is $10 an hour so my kids could practice on their bows while I shot my new bow that I bought from Jeffery archery. We came back today 12/6/2015 and bought my first bow. I never felt anything but welcome when we walked through the doors. I had never owned nor had I ever bought a bow before in my life. Ryan is still continuing to help us out as of right now setting up my new bow and making sure everything is 100% before we leave. I am very thankful to work with all of the guys in here to get all of their expertise. Can't wait to come back and use the indoor shooting range again! Today 12/29/2018 I walked into Jeffery Archery looking to purchase a Speciality Archery peep and verifier for my 2018 Hoyt RX-1. When I arrive I was immediately welcomed by Ryan Haddock even though they were VERY busy. About 10 minutes later Ryan introduced himself and we discussed details of what I needed. He spent well over an hour with me making adjustments to my bow and ensuring it was tuned properly as well as install the new peep, d-loop, etc... Ryan was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. As I was waiting I was able to see that everyone entering the shop received the same treatment as I did today. Whether it was a father buying bows for his 2 young sons, a young man getting arrows cut to length or me getting my bow tuned, the standard of customer service was the same for everyone ... excellent!
