My wife and I have been here for Cursillo and our son came here for Happening. I've been on several Cursillo staff's and my wife is on staff for Happening. Not going to get into full details but as their return policy is not posted anywhere in person or on the receipt, Roman is stating all firearms purchases are final as he also refused to advise me what time the store manager would arrive to the store the next day. He was extremely rude and is the complete opposite of their sales person code of conduct. Due to many life changes, I hadn't shot a bow in many, many years, and had forgotten quite a lot. Staff did their best to help me get back into the saddle by finetuning bow, and improving upon my form and aim while in the indoor range, all instruction and use of the range was free of charge, these guys just want to see you succeed. It isn't often that I am impressed by customer service, and I am so happy I happened to stop by this place because I will never go anywhere else from this point forward.
