    Ana @ Quest Patient Service Center was GREAT…read more Unfortunately - following 3 Quest employees should be FIRED immediately: 1: Jim Davis - Quest Chairman/CEO/President + 2: Jamie Bartlett - Quest Sr Director of Customer Operations + 3: Barbara Copeland - Quest Customer Solutions Specialist - - ALL of who blew me off COMPLETELY - - after I reported to all 3 via direct email(s) to each: 2 consecutive failed test dates - - 100% caused by MULTIPLE Quest failures to: A) simply notify (all) patients that Quest system was down + B) instruct patients to bring copy of order for bloodwork and/or C) provide patients option to reschedule. INSTEAD: TWICE fasted for 12 hours + drove to Quest FOR NO VALID REASON + WASTED TIME + GAS + $ IN PROCESS. ALSO wasted extensive amount of time fruitlessly ATTEMPTING to reschedule appointment - to no avail. Quest website ALSO fails to indicate on its effectively-USELESS calendar - and/or confirm via email and/or provide QR code for phone-scheduled appointments - - AND fails to allow rescheduling of order-associated appointments - - SO: - ALSO wasted MORE of own time + that of BOTH pcp staff AND cardiologist staff - reordering SAME bloodwork tests 3 TIMES - - the last 2 orders for NO VALID reason - - as ONLY Quest aware of (first 2) still-valid tests. OVERALL QUEST PATIENT EXPERIENCE(S) IS/ARE MUCH MORE THAN 1 INTERACTION DURING 1 VISIT. As great as was Ana - - Ana alone unable to overcome all of above - - further exacerbated by RUDE + UNPROFESSIONAL + PATIENT-UNFRIENDLY DISCOURTESIES DISPLAYED BY: Jim Davis + Jamie Bartlett + Barbara Copeland - - ALL 3 OF WHOM SHOULD BE FIRED TODAY (+ copied on this feedback via direct email).     I was scheduled to see my doctor but I hit traffic and I was 5 to 7 minutes late . I called the…read moreoffice twice and I got the voicemail the first time I didn't leave a message in the second time I did . I called the third time and the office answer . The person on the phone was rude and dismissive . She didn't even try to work with me at all . I told her that my doctor was seeing me as a follow-up for my blood pressure it's well as some injuries that received due to a car accident . I asked to speak to a supervisor and she put me on hold and never came back . This is the office of Steven sales in New Britain . Steven sales is an amazing provider ! He is thoughtful and thorough and courteous . Unfortunately I cannot say that about his office and I hope that he hears this so that he can make some changes . The only reason why I didn't change providers is because of Steven sales himself but I was ready to . I understand that I was the one who was late but considering the fact that I did have injuries and I was only 5 to 7 minutes late and I typically sent in the waiting room for 10 or 15 minutes I feel there should have been something that she could have done to help me .
